Objectives:

 To go with computerized system, instead of old-fashioned manual process.

 As compared to manual process, online system easily helps management to
analyze teacher’s attendance details as per requirement.
 To provide summarized attendance report very quickly at any point of time.
 To eliminate the time and effort wasted in taking attendances

Significance of the Study

The proposed system will help the accounting section of GNVHS especially the Finance
Officer, to lessen the time and effort of preparing payments of employees.
School. The newly develop Payroll System would create a good impression from its
school staffs resulting positive output by improving the performance and technology
advancement of the current system.
School Staff . The developed system could lessen the difficulties in managing the payroll.
It can also minimize the time allotted for manual attendance because of the school
innovation by having a computerized system that can search and update records quickly.
It can also avoid any mishandling of sales records/reports.
Future Researchers. This study will serve as a guide in the area of Inventory Transaction
Processing System and in the conduct of a similar study.

Scope and Limitations

The System is designed for the enhancement or development of Computerized Payroll

System for Guiguinto National Vocational High School. It includes the features that can
Add Employees record, Edit Employees information, Delete Employees record, print /
Save the Pay Slip of each employee and Updating Employees information as well as the
Weekly Salary, Cash advance, the rate per day, overtime, Gross payment, Net pay, and
Deduction such as withholding tax and SSS, adding up with a log-in log-out process for
security purpose. Moreover, with help file can be used by the users to know how to use
the payroll software.

On the other hand, this study limits only to the proposed enhancement Computerized
Payroll System of GNVHS. A proposed system which can only be access by authorized
person. It does not support network topology implementation, online program or online
transaction.
