WEBINAR CHECKLIST

STEP 1- 10 days prior- Log in to Logmein

1. Set the date


2. Set the time
3. Set the Topic
4. Include details such as:
a. Speaker name
b. Speaker Info
c. Panelist Email
d. Sign-in Information
5. Upload Feedback Forms
6. Script to be prepared

STEP 2- 7 days Prior-

1. Double check STEP 1


2. Promote Webinar- Email Marketing (Registration Form)
3. Upload Webinar Deck into Platform
4. Do a dry run for yourself (checking all the functions like Broadcast, Recording, Q&A
Section) with speaker bios and headset

STEP 3- 3 days Prior-

1. Dry run with the speaker


2. Specification for speaker-
a. Make the speaker download the App
b. Speaker to shut down all other applications such as outlook etc.
c. Screen sharing
d. LAN Cable connection to be there
e. Speaker should sit in a secluded room
f. Speaker should have a professional headset and mic
3. Things to notice:
a. Speed of Slide change
b. Quality of Speaker’s voice
c. Pitch delivery

STEP 4- 2 days prior

1. Send email reminders to the participant

STEP 5- On the day of Webinar-

1. Send a reminder email


2. Call and remind participants to join the webinar
3. A quite room to hos t webinar
4. Use LAN
5. Have speaker join 30 minutes prior to the webinar

STEP 6- During the Webinar-

1. After joining of Speaker and initial testing


2. Star Broadcasting and recording (if auto recording is already not switched on)
3. Run through the script and introduce the speaker
4. Assign Questions to the speaker, remove duplicates

STEP 7- After the Webinar-

1. Convert recording into a viewable file


2. Send follow up email to attendees
Include the link to on-demand webinar recording.
3. Send a follow up email to registrants
These people didn’t attend, so reflect that in the email copy. Include a link to the
on-demand recording in case they want to watch later.
4. Send a report copy to the client
