I’m writing to give my formal notice that I’ll be resigning as Foreman for VILLA ORO
MARITINE SERVICES INC.
This is due to my inability to see properly, since my vision is no longer optimal for my
job and might pose danger.

I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunities I’ve been provided working as a Foreman for
twelve years (12) years .I was hoping that I could get my separation pay, given on the
number of years I have been serving the company. It’s has been a wonderful
experience to work for such a great company.
