 Individually can handle the Pellet Coating and granulation in FBE-500 Combo (Top Spray & Bottom
Spray), Granulation Process and Blending process with online documentation.
 To increase the productivity of good quality products, through time-management, planning and less
changeover time.
 Trained the fresh man power and able to them for handling the FBE 500 Combo (Wruster Coater),
RMG, FBD and Blender, Sifter etc.
 Manufacturing of ANDA/Site Transfer/Bio batches with coordination of R&D.
 Good understanding of material properties and processing technology.
 Trouble shooting of process and operational issues on shop floor.

specification investigations, out of trend and market complaint investigation.
