learning resource that I am assigned to work on or use any confidential
information I may have obtained in the course of being an LR writer of

 DepEd for any purpose other than the performance of my duties and
responsibilities as such.

9. THAT I personally undertake to do all tasks of a writer of DepEd and I will

not delegate such tasks or subcontract the services without prior written
consent of my immediate superior in the DepEd.

10. THAT I will, at all times, be fully responsible for the performance of my
tasks as a writer of DepEd, adhering to the highest standards of academic
honesty, certifying that the LR developed is my own work.

11. THAT I have formally cited or otherwise fully acknowledged (if any) the
