Field Trip to Watch Two Shakespearean Plays

During the recent school holidays, the English Language Society members went on a field
trip to watch two Shakespearean plays. As the President of the society, the teacher advisor has
asked me to write an article about the plays.

Firstly, we watched the Romeo and Juliet play which was played at Ipoh Arts Centre. The
The Romeo and Juliet play was played for the duration of 2 hours. We really enjoyed the play
until the end. The Ipoh Arts Centre could fit 30 participants per show. The show was produced
by Love Shakespeare Team. The play featured eight actors altogether.

The second play that we watched was Macbeth. It was played at Ipoh Fine Arts
Auditorium. The play was played for the duration of 3 hours. The Ipoh Fine Arts Auditorium
could fit 40 participants. Macbeth was produced by Global Arts Studio. Besides, the play
featured 5 actors.

After enjoying both plays, we agree that Macbeth was better although both plays were
good. It was a great experience for us and we learnt about some important life lessons. The play
taught us not to be greedy of power.

To sum up, the English Language Society members enjoyed watching both plays but
Macbeth was the best among the two. We hope that we can carry out other useful activities and
learn something from it.
