your event. Our qualified and professional team can
co-operate with your regular crew to make your event an

Our main rooms are equipped with brand new 16:9
screens and high definition projectors. They are also
fitted with a line-array for the optimal sound experience.
Furthermore, Beurs van Berlage has one of the fastest
internet networks in the Netherlands with a fibre optic
cable up to 2Gb / sec.
Registration service
To get the most out of your conference, you can make
exclusive use of our registration service. At a very reduced
rate, all the registration activities of your conference or
event will be taken care of by a dedicated specialist team.
Common activities include registration of participants,
social activities, hotel reservations, abstract processing,
website creation, use of mobile app and all payment
processing.

The philosophy of our masterchef Anne Zoutendijk is that
the catering in the Beurs van Berlage must always be of
the best quality. Guests are indulged by culinary delights
and will experience a local twist. We only work with fresh
flavours, mostly organic and local products. Your guests

choice and catered to the individual requirements.

Schiphol Airport - a direct train runs every ten minutes,
a journey of approximately 15 minutes. By taxi you can
travel from the airport to our venue within 30 minutes.
By car, you can reach the Beurs van Berlage within
ten minutes from the A10 Motorway. Within a ten
minute walking distance, you can find more than 3,000
parking spaces. For your conference or event, we will be
delighted to provide you and your guests with exit tickets
at a reduced rate, when parking in Parking Centrum
Oosterdok.
