General Instrustions for Admission:-
1. Counseling for SC/ST/OBC & other reserve category will be held on 8th July 2019 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am as per Schedule notified in the Deptt. Of Commerce .
2. The Candidate who applied under reserve category will have to produce original documents on 8th july 2019, othewise they will be treated in General Pool & their seat will be given
to the next eligible Candidate in their respective category.
3. Counseling for General pool will be held on 8th july 2019 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm as per Schedule notified in the Deptt. of Commerce.
4. Any seat left vacant against reserve category shall de dereserved and Transferred to the General Category seats on 9th july 2019 at 10:30 am.
5. Fees/funds are to be paid on the same day i.e on the date of admission specified.
6. The Candidate who either failed to appear for counseling on the specifed date/ or failed to deposit fees/ funds shall not be entertained at the later stage, Please note.
7. The Merit list is purely provisional , subject to verification of original documents.
8. All Admissions are subject to the approval by the Panjab University Chandigarh.
9. The Principal reserves the right to reject the admission of any candidate.
10. Discrepancy / Objection if any, in the Merit List shall be reported to the Convenor / admission Committee of B.Com -I by 6th July 2019 upto 1:00 pm positively . No claim , whatsoever it may be,
Shall not be entertained later on.
11. No Personal Communication will be sent to the candidates for attending counseling.
12. Candidate can check their merit rank on the college website i.e. www.asckhn.com.
Important Note:-
Attendance for counselling for all candidates is compulsory at 9:00 am in the DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE as per admission counselling schedule notified for various category.
