Three parts

1. De super heater in the EQQ Plant

2. Pipeline from EQQ plant to Green area as shown in the Layout.
3. production Plant. (Major Scope of Work of Gen Civil)
a. Plot plan of Area
b. bullets are there but there but fabrication is in the scope of others. Only the foundation and
the FW spray if required is in the scope of Gen civil.
c. There is no CRWS/ OWS etc.
d. The drainage system is to be developed but only upto the battery limit of the CO2 Plant.
e. Hook up for the raw water and Drinking water will be provided by EQQ so the drinking water
layout is to be developed,
f. Cooling tower is not in our scope as the package for the Cooling tower has already been
awarded
g. Site survey
h. Site grading
i. IA/PA has to be done on conventional basis
j. Sanitary sewer layout has to be made.
k. Fire water system has to be provided as per the norms of which are not known. Spray may
be required but not sure off.
l. 2 sub stations are there i.e. 440 V and 11 KV
m. Area drawings have to be made for the area
n. 3-D Modeling is not to be done.
o. Roads are in our scope
p. RCC pavement is in our scope
q. loading/ unloading facilities have to be developed.
r. There are 5-6 buildings like canteen, workshop, control room, sub stations etc.

Work in the plant has to be carried out as per international standards

Work in EQQ plant has to be carried out as per EQQ Standards.
