Dear Parents/Guardians,

I am writing to inform you that your son/daughter has violated some school policies and norms.
He/she has been brought to my notice and to my concern in a manner that provokes my conscience
to provide mediation.

Misbehaviour should not be permitted and allowed because it jeopardizes students’ safety. In
connection with this, I am looking forward to meeting you as soon as possible. I have so much to
share and ask for regarding your child’s behaviour at school. This meeting may have more than one
purpose and may involve different persons, as necessary.

Please acknowledge that you have received this letter by writing a correspondence in the Student
Handbook or by giving me an immediate response to come forth.

Thank you for being my partners in moulding your children’s not just linguistic competence but as
well as right attitude and manners.
