FORSEEN SOLUTION:

As the proponents decided to choose the Students Online Grading System and

SMS for Parents that the students aware of their Grades if they are pass or failed. This

system help every parent who want to know if their child were studying hard or got a

high grade and they can monitor the grades of their child. The proponents choose the

system because they observe that now a day the some of the students in the different

school does not shown their grades to their parents maybe the reason was the grade

was high or failed. Yes Grades is cannot define for who you are but Grades or

education is the step to fulfil your dreams how can you fulfill your dreams If the small

little thing problems that you faces in school you can’t solve it. You must relax relay to

God and fight tell the end

Scope and Delimitation

Scope

This system Students Online Grading System and SMS for Parents

o Students have an access to view their grades and the parents are aware of it.

o Teachers have an access the system which they will input the Grades of their students
 o Admin also have an access to Create an account of every students and teachers

and to add the subject to the different Teachers., monitor if the teacher submit a

Grades, and if ever he will click the submit all the grades will be pass to the

students and the parents could receive a SMS from the School.

Delamination

This system allow for the enrolled students only. Students Online Grading

System and SMS for Parents are not including a date of classes, time, rooms or even

the day. Outsider are not allow to access to the online Grading Students. Admin has an

authority to edit any accounts and has an authority to submit all grades to the students

and they will take the SMS for every parent of the students.
