REPORT MBUSA TEMBISA CONGREGATION TO GENERAL MEETING.

1. INTRODUCTION

Greetings with the text, “, “The Lord is good to all; he has compassion on all he has
made”. Psalm 45:9

2. OBJECTIVE / PURPOSE

Our main objective is to spread the word of the Lord and help the minister with pastoral care
to the congregants and community.

3. CONTRIBUTION STATUS

All MBUSA members are adviced to make their contribution. We request our members to
bring their contribution cards to our meeting, this is done to ensure that the church
adhere their financial obligations to the district.

4. MEMBERSHIP STATUS

Currently our Membership stands at 14. We have members who are less active and we
continuously encourage and motivate them to involve themself in our activitiies.

5. SERVICES

Members of the union are advised to avail themselves for the church services and district
services.
 6. MEETINGS

We meet once a month unless there is a pressing issue that need to be attended.
7. FINANCES
We are using the church account to keep our monies. We have R+/-2809 in our account.
8. CONCLUSION

We endeavor to preach the word of the Lord to all people and encourage people to
join our union and the church.
