Pioneer holds winter wear collection to benefit Freedom House

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE November 2, 2010

(Green Bay, WI) Pioneer Credit Union is collecting gently used winter wear including coats, hats, gloves,
boots and snow pants to benefit the residents of Freedom House, Brown County’s only homeless shelter for all
types of homeless families.

“Freedom House is our major charitable recipient,” said Tom Young, Pioneer Credit Union President. “At
Pioneer, we strive to go beyond just giving money and look for ways to help the organization as a whole.
Holding a winter clothing drive will help a number of Northeast Wisconsin families stay warm this winter.”

“We are excited that Pioneer is holding the winter wear drive again this year.” said Robyn Davis, Freedom
House President. “The response was so overwhelming last year that we were able to offer coats, boots, hats
and scarves to our in house families, our graduate or Aftercare families and families who were on our waiting
list. It has been a tremendous blessing to have Pioneer Credit Union as one of our partners."

Winter wear donations can be dropped off at any Pioneer Credit Union location in Brown County from
November 1st until December 15th. Branches are located at:
 210 W. St. Joseph St., Green Bay
