This AGREEMENT is entered into this 2 January 2018, at the City of Taguig, by and between:

_________________, Filipino, of legal age, single, and with postal address at ________,
hereinafter referred to as the PROBATIONARY EMPLOYEE
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the EMPLOYER hereby offers and the PROBATIONARY EMPLOYEEhereby accepts
probationary employment in the following managerial position: Social Media Manager
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, the parties hereby agree as follows:
The probationary period of the PROBATIONARY EMPLOYEE shall be for a period not
longer than Six (6) months starting from the first day of work of the PROBATIONARY
EMPLOYEE.
The PROBATIONARY EMPLOYEE shall perform the following duties and responsibilities:
1.) Social Media Management- creating brand awareness and page hits by various
activities. Complete access to social media platforms.
2.) Construction Marketing Materials- designing materials that carry the brand
forward. For e.g blender bottles, clothing designs, eco bags and etc. in a manner that
best represents the brand.
3.) Product Shoots - Shooting product images for social media platforms in order to
provide accurate product information to consumers or potential customers. 3

shots/week using samples provided by Fit Alpha. This could be anything from
nutrition products, clothing line or marketing materials while maintainng a unifrom
approach. Product captions or information can be provided by Fit Alpha.
4.) Online Store Mechanics- Creating content for the online store such as product
slides, product catalogues/picture or videos. Inputs into making the overall store
design more appealing.

relationships amongst team members.
The standards upon which the EMPLOYEE will be evaluated on has likewise been
explained to the EMPLOYEE by the EMPLOYER at the time of engagement.
4. REGULARIZATION
By or before the end of the Six (6) month period, the PROBATIONARY EMPLOYEE shall
acquire regular status upon evaluation and recommendation of the immediate manager
of the PROBATIONARY EMPLOYEE.
5. COMPENSATION
The PROBATIONARY EMPLOYEE shall be paid a gross rate of Twelve Thousand Philippine
Pesos (P12,000.00) per month, subject to government-mandated deductions to be borne

by the employee, every 1st and 16th day of the month.The PROBATIONARY EMPLOYEE
shall also be paid a commission in the following manner:
The EMPLOYER may, at its discretion, grant bonuses, allowances, or benefits not defined
in this contract. Such exercise of discretion shall not be considered as established practice
or precedent and shall not be demandable under this Employment Agreement or any
other written or unwritten agreement.
6. MANDATORY BENEFITS
Benefits that are mandated by law shall be paid or provided by the EMPLOYER only when
mandated and applicable to the PROBATIONARY EMPLOYEE, according to the law, such
as but not limited to the following:
a. Holiday Pay
b. Premium Pay
c. Overtime Pay
d. Night Shift Differential
e. Maternity or Paternity Leave
f. Service Incentive Leave
7. WORK HOURS
No speficic working hours. As long as the job is done, that is all that matters.
The work schedule may be changed by the EMPLOYER or its management as it may deem
necessary to meet its operational requirements.
The PROBATIONARY EMPLOYEE may be required to work more than his regular work
schedule due to the demands of the business or the requirements of the EMPLOYER. As
a manager, the PROBATIONARY EMPLOYEE will not be entitled to overtime pay for work
rendered over eight (8) hours on regular days, or on rest days and holidays unless
otherwise declared by the EMPLOYER.
8. PLACE OF WORK
Work from home, coffee shop, bed or toilet. As long as the work is done, that is all
that matters.

The PROBATIONARY EMPLOYEE may be transferred or assigned to other locations as may
be required by the needs of the EMPLOYER.
The PROBATIONARY EMPLOYEE shall follow all company rules and regulations, written or
otherwise. All existing and future company rules and regulations shall be deemed
incorporated in this AGREEMENT.
The EMPLOYER may terminate the probationary employment prior to the expiration of
the probationary period upon failure of the PROBATIONARY EMPLOYEE to satisfactorily
meet the standards provided in this AGREEMENT or for any of the just or authorized
causes provided by law, including analogous causes specified in the company rules and
regulations or policy.
The PROBATIONARY EMPLOYEE shall give a written notice of their intention to resign
from their employment at least Thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of their
resignation addressed to the following:

12. NON-DISCLOSURE
The PROBATIONARY EMPLOYEE shall not divulge to any third party any part of this
AGREEMENT, including salaries and other remunerations unless legally required by law,
statute, or any competent authority.
13. CONFIDENTIALITY
14. SEVERABILITY
The invalidity of any portion of this AGREEMENT will not and shall not be deemed to affect
the validity of any other provision. In the event that any provision of this AGREEMENT is
held to be invalid, the EMPLOYER and the PROBATIONARY EMPLOYEE agree that the
remaining provisions shall be deemed to be in full force and effect as if they had been
executed subsequent to the expungement of the invalid provision.

15. ENTIRETY OF AGREEMENT
This AGREEMENT represents the entire agreement between the EMPLOYER and the
PROBATIONARY EMPLOYEE and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations,
agreements, either oral or written.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto affixed their signatures on the date and
place first stated above.
