Greedy Stepmother

Narrator : Once upon a time, there lived a family. They lived happily until the housewife
passed away and her husband felt so lonely, so he decided to remarried. The lady
he married with, was a greedy, rude, and a narcissist. After the marriage, they no
longer have a lot of money and they couldn’t pay the servants, they obliged to
fired them. The husband began to get sick, but they really had no money to cure
him. One day, the son find out that his father was gone. After that….
Stepmother : You, little brat! Come here.
Jarjit : Yes madam.
Stepmother : What did you do all this time? After your father death, our financies got weakened.
We’re so poor! And it’s your fault!
Jarjit : But I didn’t spend our money for an unworthy things
Stepmother : So you think it’s all my fault, right?! You stupid ungrateful son!
Jarjit : Sorry Madam.
Stepmother : Don’t laze around! Now go get money for me!
Jarjit : Yes Madam.
Narrator : Jarjit went to herd someone’s sheeps. He was tired so he stopped for a while. He
thought her stepmother was unfair, she wore mask to hide her bad side to get
anything she wants. Suddenly, he felt so angry and wanted to destroy her.
While he looked at his sheeps, he had an idea to make someone panic. He thought
it was funny, and He did it because he bored though, so there’s nothing wrong
about that.
Jarjit : Wolf... wolf... get someone please help me ahead
Wolf... wolf... a wolf is chasing my fine lambs
Upin and Ipin : Wolf.. Wolf? Where? Where? Let’s go and did a help
Jarjit : Hohoho,
Upin : Where is the wolf?
Jarjit : Hahahaha,
Ipin : What so funny about it?
Jarjit : There is a sheep, and there’s no wolf
Upin and Ipin : What? No wolf?
Jarjit : Don’t be mad, I’m just playing around
Narrator : Jarjit didn’t feel bad at all
Jarjit : Hahaha it was fun, I think I’ll do it again. Why not?
Wolf... wolf... , the big wolf is here, help me, help me!
Upin and Ipin : Wolf... wolf... Where? Where? Let’s go and did a help
Jarjit : Hahaha
Ipin : Oh, you’re lying again
Jarjit : I’m kidding, I’m kidding. Hahaha
Upin : Hey Shepherd! If you call us again, we wont believe you
Ipin : Yes yes yes, liar.
Jarjit : My tummy, hahaha, ok ok, i won’t do it again.
Narrator : In the other side, a wolf came out
Wolf : Auu.. I am hungry, hungry wolf
Wolf : I want eat your sheep grrrhh... yamm... nyam... , Aumm. Hahaha
Sheep : Mbek... mbek...
Jarjit : Wolf... wolf... get someone please help me ahead, wolf... wolf... a wolf is chaseing
my fine lambs
Upin : Wolf... wolf... , we don’t trust you anymore
Ipin : Just leave him alone, let’s do our want, let’s go!
Narrator : Anggrily, the villager went out.
Villager : What’s wrong? Why your face become so red?
Upin : There was a shepherd who made fun with our confidence.
Ipin : Right, he lied to us
Villager : Can you tell me more?
Ipin : He made noise in the field.
Villager : If that true, come see the headman

Narrator : The wolf finally ate one of the sheep. Jarjit cried because he lost someone’s sheep.
When he walked to the village, he told everyone about the problem. Within a
minute, the news was spread all over the village and the headman heard it by
himself. Jarjit went to headman’s office and told the story as well.
Jarjit : Sorry for bother you, sir. I want u to know that there’s a wolf in our village who
ate my sheep. You have to kill it! *crying*
Headman : Can you tell me the beginning?
Jarjit : So, I was in the field at that time, suddenly a wolf came out and chase all of my
sheeps, one of them is eaten by the wolf. We must be careful or it’ll eat the
villagers. You can count on me, sir
Headman : Hmm, I trust you Jarjit, but there’s no proof! Plus, it just a lonely wolf! It didnt
bring any friends, right?
Jarjit : B-but sir..
Narrator : Villager, Upin, and Ipin came in.
Upin : Sir, he’s lying! There’s no wolf, he lied to us twice!
Ipin : Yes, Sir! Dont believe him. He’s a liar!
Headman : Calm down.. I trust, Jarjit. He wont lie to me, his sheep is gone!
Villager : Is that true, Jarjit?
Jarjit : Yes..
Narrator : Upin and Ipin trust him. Although they still mad at Jarjit.
Jarjit : So, what will you do to kill the wolf, Sir?
Headman : Hmm, I’ll call my guard. He’ll bring troops to kill the wolf.
Villager : Okay sir, thank for your time
Headman : Anytime
Narrator : Villager, Jarjit, Upin, and Ipin left the headman’s office. They talked about the
wolf and how to kill it. They think, the village isn’t safe anymore. A hungry wolf is
lurking the villager. They discussed how to make the village safe like it used to be.
In the other side, the headman called the guard to spying the wolf. He reminds his
guard to lead the troops. His troops was a giant and grateful human being. The
troops thanked the headman because he accepted them to live in the village.
Jarjit went to his house and felt his stepmother was so strange. She asked Jarjit,
whats going on and offered her help.
Stepmother : Jarjit, is the rumour true? Is there any wolf in this village?
Jarjit : Yes, Madam. It ate the sheep.
Stepmother : How could you allowed the wolf to eat the sheep?! Do you know how expensive
it is?
Jarjit : Sorry, Madam...
Stepmother : Huh, what else I can do.. should I call the witch?
Narrator : The stepmother wants to be a headman. She wants to have a power to control
people, she wants money, too. So, the stepmother asks the famous witch in the
village. She asks for a help. First, she asked the witch to call out her wolf. Until the
villager freaked out, she asked the witch to pretending that she is the hero. So the
stepmother went to the witch’s house
Stepmother : Excuse me
Witch : What can I do for you? After I set my wolf free.
Stepmother : I want you to pretend that I save the village by calling your guards. Can you do
me a favor?
Witch : Of course, I can. I can do anything I want.
Stepmother : Thanks
Witch : What will you give in return?
Stepmother : You can have what you want but you have to make me a headman.
Witch : Alright, lets do this.
Narrator : The stepmother left and the witch started to make a plan. After many hours the
witch spent to make a plan, she called her guards. Her guards were wild animals
who can understand the witch. Not long enough, she was surrounded by her guards.
But many of them were hungry and confused what to do.
Stepmother : *calling the witch* HEY CAN YOU QUICKER THAN THIS?! The villagers has
make a crowd in the field. I must come as an hero! The headman brings her troops,
what can we do now?! I must be a headman to get rich!
Witch : CAN YOU BE MORE PATIENT THAN THIS?! You’re the most greedy woman
I’ve ever seen in my life. A famous witch like shouldn’t help you. Where’s you
gratitude?! I can call the headman to catch you and brings you to the jail!
Stepmother : I-I’m sorry, okay, I’ll wait!

Narrator : Actually, the witch didn’t want to help her, so she told her animals to back to their
habitats. the stepmother didn’t realise that Jarjit heard all the conversation. Jarjit
were so shock and speechless. He didn’t know that her stepmother had an idea to
control other’s life. So, Jarjit told Villager and Villager told the headman about the
matters.
Headman : What?! So all this bad luck in our village was her idea?! How cruel she is! We
must see her!
Narrator : The stepmother was forced to see the headman. The stepmother told everyone the
truth. The villagers were so angry.
Stepmother : Yes, I’m the one who made the wolf came to our village. I want to be a headman
because you can’t! *pointing at the headman with angry face*
Headman : Everyone! Bring her to the jail. She must be punished for the rest of her life.
Narrator : After the stepmother brought to the jail, the village became safe and peace like it
used to be.
