FOREWORD

Praise the writer turning to the presence of the Almighty God who
continues to provide strength, blessing, grace, and His gift so I can finish this paper
in order to meet the requirements of the Registrar's Office Senior Clinical
Pulmonary Hospital in SMF dr.Pirngadi field with the title “ SPIROMETRY”

The preparation of this case report can not be separated from the
guidance, direction and support of assistance from various parties. Therefore, with
respect authors thank Prof. dr. Tamsil Syaifuddin, Sp.P (K), dr. Amiruddin, Sp.P,
dr. Tunggul Hutapea , Sp. P and dr. Syahlan, Sp. P who have helped and guided us
during our educational process at this Lungs SMF.
The author realizes that the preparation and writing of this paper, there are still
many shortcomings due to limited knowledge and experience of researchers.
Authors expect criticism and useful suggestions to fix the error and also to increase
knowledge so that the resulting paper quality. Hope the author hopefully this case
report can be a member benefit to us all.
