AUTHORITY TO SELL

SYDNEY CARCEL hereby appoints ATTY. BRICCIO JOSEPH C. BOHOLST to

negotiate the sale of those properties situated in Carmen, Cebu covered by those
certificates of title copies of which are hereto attached upon such terms and conditions
as may be agreed upon.

Compensation shall be equivalent to 5%;

CGT, DST, Registration, documentation and notarization shall be for buyer’s

account unless agreed otherwise in writing. He may appoint nominees as agents to
negotiate the sale of these lots under the understanding that their compensation shall
be taken from the agreed commission above stated.

Granted this 14th day of February 2018 in Cebu City.
