RE: CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT(CPD) TRAINING FOR BALLROOM DANCE
CURRICULUM AND LEARNING COMPETENCY

The Davao Association of Catholic Schools, Inc. (DACS) cordially invites you to a CPD training on
Ballroom Dance Curriculum and Learning Competency scheduled as follows:

Dates: August 18,19,20,21, 2018

Venue: DACS Training Center
Participants: MAPEH Teachers, Dance Coaches and enthusiasts
Training Fee: PHP3,000 (incl. lunch, snacks and manual, certificate)
CPD Points: To be confirmed No. of training hours: 32 hours

Teachers of Music, Arts, Physical Education and Health as well as dance troupe moderators and
instructors are highly encouraged to join this training to be facilitated by Mr. Denise Bunayog, a
professional ballroom dance teacher, international dancesport adjudicator of the World Dance
Council and officer of the Filipinas Ballroom Amateur League, Inc..

As we have limited seats, reservations will be strictly by first-come-first-served basis. Priority

will be given to those with advanced payment of registration. Payments may be done through
BPI Account. No. 20810390-81. Cancellation of reservation should be done five (5) days before
the scheduled training otherwise, requests for full refund will not be honored.
