PROJECT: MILAGROSA VILLAGE CMP

LOCATION: Sagana, Santiago City

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

I CLEARING AND GRUBBING

All trees within the project area if there’s any especially at the entrance must be cut first and must be
uprooted by using a dozer or similar equipment.

II ROAD TRACING AND GRAVELING

- Roads must be traced excavated to a minimum of 15cm and a maximum of 30cm to allow the position
of macadam or mixed aggregates.

- Maximum size of aggregates must be 4" diameter.

-Spread with a minimum thickness 15 cm by a road grader and compact with a road roller with a minimum
of 3 passing and a maximum of 5 passing.

III DRAINAGE SYSTEM

- Open earth canal with 18" and 24" diameter RC Pipes Cross Drainage position as indicated in the Plans.

-HEADWALL: Minimum thickness - 12 cm with 10mm diameter reinforcing bars spaced at 12" o.c. both
ways.

-All Concrete Works must be Class "A" with 1:2:4 proportions.

- Concrete Collars dimension must be width 15cm, thickness 10 cm with 1:2 concrete proportions.
V WATER SYSTEM

- Provide 8 UNITS communal deep well

- Machine or Manually drilled so as to attain a minimum depth of 40 meters ,a maximum of 55 meters
with a minimum of 3 pcs and a maximum of 5 pcs 2" dia. G.I. Pipes s-40.

- Continuous pumping with a period of 24 hrs to ensure sufficiency and potable water can be extracted
before the contractor will be paid for his contract. Otherwise increase the depth and additional pipes must
be installed if necessary.

VI ELECTRICAL WORKS

-All electrical materials and installation must conform to the Electrical Code of the Philippines or as
approved by the local Electric Company ( ISELCO-1)

-Installation must be done by a qualified and accredited transmission line contractor by the local electric
company.
