Guidelines for Case Analysis

Programme: PGDM

All groups must submit Case Analysis Report in from of PPT before every
session case is planned (Refer to session plan).
The PPT must be uploaded by all groups before session starts (PPT size not to
exceed 2MB). One or two groups will be randomly called for presentation.
At the end of the term a single case will be picked for evaluation per group,
randomly.
Analysis PPT must be well thought through and all group members are
expected to contribute. Case analysis is a group task.
The analysis PPT must be structured on these lines:
o Defining the key issue(s)
o Decision problem identification
o Generating alternatives
o Developing decision criteria
o Analysing and evaluating alternatives on the basis of decision criteria
o Selecting the most preferred alternative by the group
o Developing an action/implementation plan
Evaluation of Group Case Analysis will be out of the Class Participation
