TECH CREW CIRCULAR

SUBJECT: Voluntary Movement to 744F Fleet and Secondment to Scoot

1. The Division would like to invite Captains who are keen to join either the 744F fleet or
Scoot’s 787 fleet to send in their applications under a voluntary movement/secondment
scheme.

2. Voluntary Movement to 744F Fleet

a. Eligibility for movement will be based on existing fleet movement criteria.

b. The movement will be based on the terms of the current Collective Agreement.

c. The expected date for movement will be from September 2019.

3. Voluntary Secondment to Scoot 787 Fleet

a. Eligibility for secondment will be based on SIA’s fleet movement criteria.

b. The secondment will be for a minimum of two years.

c. The secondment will be based on the terms of the current Collective Agreement.

d. The expected date of secondment will be from September 2019.

e. Seconded crew can expect to move to the A350 fleet upon successful completion of
their secondment.

4. We will do our best to accept all applications, depending on operational requirements.

5. Those interested may send their applications to their respective Chief Pilots with the subject
“Application for Secondment to Scoot” or “Application for Movement to 744F Fleet”. Please
state your name, staff number and fleet. The deadline for submission is 16 August 2019.
