DEED OF SALE OF MOTOR VEHICLE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This instrument is made and entered into this ___ day of June 2019 in Cagayan de
Oro City, by and among:

ANNABELLE B. GICO, of legal age, Filipino, and residing

at Block 53 Lot 22 Aster St. Bloomingdale Subdivision, Iponan,
Cagayan de Oro City (“SELLER”);

CHARMAINE SVELTE C. PALLUGNA, of legal age,

(“BUYER”);

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the SELLER is the absolute and registered owner of the motor
vehicle, more particularly described as follows:

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE

HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS (P180,000.00), Philippine currency,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the SELLER hereby SELLS, CEDES
and TRANSFERS FREE FROM ALL LIENS AND ENCUMBRANCES, by way
of an absolute and irrevocable sale, unto the BUYER the above-described motor
vehicle. All taxes and expenses related to transfer shall be for the account of the
BUYER.

THIS SALE IS ON “AS IS WHERE IS BASIS” LIKEWISE RECEIVED

MOTOR VEHICLE IS IN SATISFACTORY CONDITION.
