I, the undersigned, invested in your company Five Hundred Thousand

(P500,000.00) Pesos sometime in 2005.

Said investment is evidenced by a letter from you dated April 1, 2005, and
an Acknowledgment Receipt dated January 24, 2005 signed by Ms. , hereto
attached.

In connection with this, may I inform your good office that I intend to
withdraw the principal amount of my investment.

I will visit your office, or will send my attorney-in-fact, five (5) days from
receipt of this letter so we can discuss this matter.
