Step 1

Our team identifies or the existing owners or the Co-Op Housing socities
approach us for Re-Development.In thie stage we understand their needs and provide
them best solutions as per their needs.

Step 2

Meeting existing residents

Our team meets all the residents and understands their needs and queries
making sure that are well answered and redressed.They also make sure that all the
procuderes are followed and ensuring their consent for Re-Development as per their
need are acquired.

Step 3

Documents are sent for MHADA approval


Once the consents are received from home owners all the required documents and
plans are sent to MHADA for approval,ensuring existing members get the benefits.

Step 4

MHADA Inspection
After the submission of required documents MHADA executives visit the
building and inspects the site based on which they give the NOC.

Step 5

Obtain IOD

Based on MHADA inspection NOC is received.Further if the documents and


proposal is equitable to the position of the building,IOD is passed.

Step 6

Makeshift Rehabilitation
This is the stage of vacating the building.Seemingly this is the mos difficult
stage for the tenants,hunting for new house on rent and shifting their livelihood but
developers play a vital role as we halp tenants get through this process with are
network of channel partners.On vacating the old structure is demolished.
Step 7
Obtain CC
Once the demolition is done MHADA revisits the premises for
verification.Post this CC(Commencement Certificate) is issued for each floor.

Step 8
RERA Registration
Once we receive the IOD/CC we go ahead to register the project with
RERA.RERA then monitors the project on behalf of the home owners and makes sure
that we follow discipline in our delivery.

Step 9

OC(Occupation Certificate)
The last stage of process is the OC issued by MHADA.This is only granted
when MHADA is assured and verifies the quality of work and safety measures.They
also verify if the development has been done as per the promise to each stakeholders.

Step 10

On obtaining OC there comes a moment of pride aswell as satisfaction for
