HOW TO CHANGE BAD EATING HABITS?

The supply is an act or voluntary event, which is learned during the life and it is one
of the most fundamental process of the world, due to the relation with the daily
survival of living beings. The living beings need a balanced supply, besides the water
that is vital, people need a suitable diet, which must contain a series of proteins,
vitamins and fundamental minerals for a good health and life.
The good supply is one that people perceive on eating organic and healthy products
constantly. these products might take place locally, it is to say, we can find it in our
farm to obtain an economic sustainable system. the majority of the population has
not a balanced diet since the modern urban supply is unbalanced very often, it is
because of the habit is increasingly sedentary.
We as human being will have to improve this type of habits that carry us to several
diseases as the obesity, bad traffic, of the blood in our body, which will produce
hearts attacks, pains in the knee and other harmful consequences for our organism.
It is considered that since child it is important to create a good habit that it helps us
develop healthily, that contributes the nutrients necessary for the organism in the
quantity and needed quality. Since having a balanced diet we will avoid many
diseases generated to the bad supply and the overweight.
The vegetables without being genetically modified will contribute to our organism a
great quantity of nutrients and this food is specially indicated for the prevention of
different diseases. As it is talking about low food in calories, they are ideals to support
an effective diet, which will attack the epidemic of the 21st century, the overweight
and the obese. In fact, the experts conclude that until the date, to use fruits,
vegetables and vegetables in the supply it is the most effective solution to fight
against these problems that they harm to the health.
In addition, the health is the more valued thing that can be possessed, and it is
possible to manage without high costs, and this way we can contribute a fair trade
between ourselves only with caring the supply, eating healthier foods. it is necessary
daily to obtain energy and realize all the internal and external activities of the body.
To acquire healthy habits at the moment of eating, it is not easy, but it will be a
positive factor along the life. The humanity consumes an immense variety of food of
different flavors and appearance, but the nutrients that they contain are much less
varied, these are vitamins, proteins, calories and minerals, which people need to be
able to produce physics and intellectually in the labor days.
In conclusion, it is necessary to keep in mind that harmful food does not exist and it
is not necessary to restrict eating, the solution is to try to take care of the portions
that are consumed, not exaggerating in his quantities.
