Sprite Pork Adobo Recipe

Ingredients:
-907.18 g pork belly cubed
-7 tablespoons soy sauce
-4 tablespoons white vinegar
-1 can Sprite or similar soda pop
-1 piece onion minced
-5 pieces dried bay leaves
-1.5 teaspoons whole peppercorn
-5 cloves garlic crushed
-125 g water
-3 tablespoons cooking oil

Procedure:
1. In a large bowl, combine soy sauce and Sprite with the pork belly. Mix well. Cover the bowl and
refrigerate. Let the pork marinate for at least 6 hours.
2. Using a kitchen sieve, drain the marinade out of the bowl. Set it aside.
3. Heat oil in a cooking pot
4. Once the oil becomes hot, saute garlic until light brown
5. Add onion. Continue to saute until soft
6. Add pork belly. Stir and cook until light brown
7. Pour the marinade (Sprite and soy sauce). Cover the pot and let boil.
8. Add whole peppercorn and dried bay leaves. Cover the pot and continue to cook for 30 minutes in
medium heat.
9. Pour vinegar into the pot. Let the liquid re-boil. Stir. Cover and cook for 25 to 30 minutes. Note:
add water if needed.
10. Transfer to a serving plate. Serve with rice.
No Bake Oreo Dessert Recipe

Ingredients:
-2 (137g) Oreo vanilla sandwich cookies, split into two
-Crushed Oreos
-2 pack all-purpose cream
-6 tbsp condensed milk

Procedure:
1. In a bowl combine all-purpose cream and condensed milk. Mix well. Cover and put in the freezer
for 1 hour. This would make the cream thicker.
2. Split oreo into two. Arrange oreo in a deep container or baking dish. Fill spaces with crushed oreo.
3. Put cream on top of the oreo and spread evenly. Repeat the process until you reach desired
number of layers. Lastly, top it with cream and sprinkle with crushed oreo. Cover and chill overnight.

Ingredients

 500 g chicken breast fillet cut into 2x2in lengths


 1/2 tsp salt
 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
 2 cups cooking oil
 1/2 cup catsup for dipping

For the Breading:

 1 cup all-purpose flour


 1/2 tsp salt
 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
 2 pcs eggs beaten
 1 1/2 cup Japanese breadcrumbs

Instructions

1. Season chicken with salt and pepper then set aside for 30 minutes.
2. Prepare 3 containers that will hold the flour, beaten eggs, breadcrumbs separately.
3. Start to coat the chicken by dipping it in the flour, then in the egg, and then in the breadcrumbs.
Do the same for the remaining chicken.
4. Heat the cooking oil in a deep pan.
5. Carefully drop the chicken one at a time, and fry until golden brown, about 3 to 5 minutes per
piece.
6. Serve with catsup or dipping sauce of choice.
