URGENT MOTION FOR POSTPONEMENT

UNDERSIGNED COUNSELS for defendant, to this Honorable Court, most
respectfully moves for postponement of the hearing set on, November 8, 2018,
considering that counsel, , is still in Cebu as his youngest child needs to undergo
an oral rehab surgery.

WHEREFORE, undersigned most respectfully prays for the kind indulgence

of the Honorable Court to please give due course to this Motion which is not
interposed to delay the proceedings but for reason aforestated.
