TELEPERFORMANCE RECRUITMENT PROCESS
I. Applicant Online Registration
- Candidate needs to submit their resume/SRS profile to the receptionist. - Candidate needs to secure a queue number. II. Initial Interview - Candidates must be familiar with the details on their resume as this will be asked and follow up questions will be based on the answers they give out. - Candidates will also be asked basic questions. (e.g Tell me something about yourself) to check on their communication skills. III. Online Exam (Timed) - Candidate will be profiled for either CSR/TSR o Comprehension Check I o Computer Basics (Parts of the Computer) o Comprehension Check II o Computer hands-on (Computer and Internet Navigation) IV. Final Interview (10-20 minutes) - Candidates will be asked more detailed questions in reference to their resume and will have a short role play session at the end of the interview. - Results are given immediately (Depending on the Recruiter) V.
