Role and compensation offered: GET (Graduate Engineer Trainee), 5 LPA (6.5 LPA after completion of an year)
Eligibility Criteria : - 80% throughout (in 10th ,12th , B.E )

• Round 1: Aptitude Test (21st September 2020 – Online Mode)


o Online test, proctored by webcam.
o Assessment Pattern: There were two papers in continuation Paper I – Aptitude, Paper II – Domain
(Aptitude – 60 Q, 60 Min + Domain – 30 Q, 30 Min)

Also, There was no negative marking in both the papers.


o Questions were ranging from basic to advanced level, cut-off appeared to be high, since few students went for next
round.
o Aptitude questions were quite easy and some were moderate.
o The Domain based multiple choice questions included from Network Theory, Electronic Devices, Digital logic
design, Electronic circuits , Analog circuits, 8085 Microprocessor.
• Round 2: Technical Interview (23rd September 2020 - Online Mode)
Introduce yourself.
Resume based questions – About Mini and Major Projects , difficulties encountered while making
project, basic technical questions based on microprocessors , wireless communication,CMOS.
What were the subjects you studied till 6th Sem?
Choose subject wisely because you can expect questions based on the same subjects you spoke
about.
We were asked to open Paint and make circuit connections according to the problem statement.
8085 microprocessor based questions.
Duration – 90 minutes , 90 questions.
• Round 3 : HR Interview ( 6 hours after technical interview – Online Mode)
Introduce Yourself ( be specific and on point- Do not highlight your technical skills in HR
interview. )
Brief Introduction of around 1 minute to 1 minutes 30 seconds is enough.
KYC (Know Your Company)- Thorough knowledge of company , CEO , Branches , Work
activities etc )
Why do you think An Automobile Company like Varroc needs Electronic Engineers?
I was asked about all the extra curricular activities , social work and hobbies which I mentioned in
my CV.
Problems faced and lessons learned from various events and activities I participated in.

• To summarize this writeup, from all these discussions, I got to see that Varroc is expecting bit technical from freshers. They
are anyway going to provide training for all technical stuffs that is required for their work, and this training takes place post-
joining. The Interviewers were looking for strong desires to learn newer technologies.
• And the HR Interviewer was simply interested in knowing that whether the candidate is willing to join the Company and
pursue a long-time career with Varroc Automobiles or simply looking for a provisional job.
Tips -
➢ Start preparing for General Aptitude as early as you can.
➢ Brush up all your concepts of Network theory,ED, EC, DLD,etc.
➢ Make Sure your basic concepts of Electronics are clear.
➢ Try including terms like IOT , Artificial Intelligence only if you have any
knowledge about it.
➢ Highlight any one Major Project you have done in entire engineering.
