The Etiquette of the Business, Professionalism over Camaraderie
Character, values, attitude and personality, this is where you can find the difference of

one to another. All of us have the character of whether bad or good, the values of being right or

wrong, attitude of being true or not and the personality that can affect others.

When I was a child, I remember the several times that our teacher taught us that the first

learning and values must be learned from home. The parents will be the one to stand as example

for their children; they will be the mirror, the reflection of their child. And as the time goes by I

learned how important that taught is in my life. I understand why my parents strictly limiting

those things they think is bad for me, blocking things that might hurt me but letting me explore

and feel what is the world has for me.

The principles of being professional must live and stay in the organization itself, all

staffs, employees and even the employer must show the professionalism in their field of work.

Respect one another and act without intruding of emotions that is one of the things that everyone

must be done in their work place. Letting everyone express their ideas and share their skills to

improve one’s capacity of showcasing what they have. Giving way, start at the lower part to the

top to feel the essence of the organization. Position is important but those who is on the top must

look down to their subordinates to realized what must be done to make everyone on the top.

Knowing and acknowledging everyone that is close to your heart, the friends, family and

love ones is the most wonderful feeling you could feel in your entire life, engaging with

closeness and love is the passion you will treasure every time.

Everybody should balance the professionalism and the camaraderie in the work place,

make your friends and love ones feel your presence and affection but let them also know their

position in your field of work. Be fair and just to everyone even they are close to you or not, you

should acknowledge their work whether it is good or bad and if there is something you should
