Motorola V3 Manual Settings


WAP Over CSD Configurations
1. Go to MenuÄWebAccessÄWeb SessionsÄ[New Entry].
Enter details for the following parameters.
‰ Name: myGlobe CSD
‰ Homepage: http://www.globe.com.ph/globe.asp
‰ Service Type 1: WAP
‰ Gateway IP 1: 192.9.163.34
‰ Port 1: 9201
‰ CSD No. 1: +639172399
‰ User Name 1: globe
‰ Password 1: globe
‰ Speed (Bps) 1: 9600
‰ Line type 1: ISDN

2. Select myGlobe CSD, press then select Set Default.

WAP Over GPRS Configurations


1. Go to MenuÄWebAccessÄWeb SessionsÄ[New Entry].
Enter details for the following parameters.
‰ Name: myGlobe GPRS
‰ Homepage: http://www.globe.com.ph/globe.asp
‰ Service Type 1: WAP
‰ Gateway IP 1: 203.177.42.214
‰ Port1: 9201
‰ GPRS APN: www.globe.com.ph

2. Select myGlobe GPRS, press then select Set Default.

MMS Configurations
1. Go to MenuÄWebAccessÄWeb SessionsÄ[New Entry].
Enter details for the following parameters.
‰ Name: myGlobe MMS
‰ Gateway IP 1: 192.40.100.20
‰ GPRS APN: mms.globe.com.ph

2. Go to MenuÄMessagesÄPress ÄMessage SetupÄMMS Message SetupÄServer infoÄPress ÄNew.


Enter details for the following parameters.
‰ Server Name: myGlobe MMS
‰ Server Name: http://192.40.100.22:10021/mmsc
‰ Web Session: myGlobe MMS

3. Rename the profile to myGlobe MMS then select Activate to set as the default setting.
MOTOROLA V3 Internet Settings

1. Insert the Motorola Internet Manager CDROM to the CD Drive. Installation will start automatically. If not, go
to Windows Explorer and double click install. Follow all instruction prompted in the screen.

2. After the Internet Manager has been installed, Fig. 1 will appear automatically. Click the upper icon on the right
side as shown below.

3. A dialog box will open to start the Internet set up. Refer to Fig. 2.

4. Click Next. Click on Create a new connection then click Next. Refer to Fig. 3.

5. Under Connection name enter myGlobe Internet, Country or Region Philippines and Service Provider Globe then
click Next. Refer to Fig. 4

6. Under Select the connection type you want to set up, click myGlobe Internet then check on Use default parameters,
then click Next. Refer to Fig. 5.

7. The following parameters will appear, then click Finish to complete the Internet set up. Refer to Fig. 6
