Job Description – SERVICE ENGINEER

1. Performed preventive maintenance and / or calibration of all MACARE equipment,

2. At the end of preventive maintenance and / or calibration, the end-user acknowledges the Service
Report.

3. Maintains and update the records in Google Drive all preventive maintenance and calibration
performed per equipment per installation.

4. Conducts troubleshooting and corrective actions for any diagnostic findings on the equipment
observed during conduct of preventive maintenance and / or calibration

5. Suggest and provide request of all parts replacement / equipment pull-out and provision of
service unit when necessary if diagnostic findings will take more than 48 hours to resolve.

6. Prepares equipment requested for demonstration and / or for installation prior to requested date
/ date needed

7. Performs the pre-installation testing requirement of manufacturer for requested equipment to

ensure that equipment is operational and in good condition prior to demonstration / installation

8. Accomplishes the Service Report required upon completion of pre-installation testing

requirements

9. Conducts on-site inspection if equipment for demonstration / installation has grounding

requirements or other special requirements prior to demonstration / installation

10. Coordinates with the customer’s Biomedical / Engineering Department when necessary for the
grounding and other special requirements prior to demonstration / installation

11. Ensures the completeness of all accessories that come together with the equipment requested,
including UPS and / or AVR

12. Coordinates with the PAS the other delivery requirements such as transportation and additional
manpower prior to demonstration / installation schedule

13. Delivers and installs the requested equipment on site and is present during actual demonstration
/ operation of equipment

14. Performs equipment pull-out procedure, including accomplishment of required documentation

15. Performs post-demonstration testing of equipment prior to safe-keeping the equipment
