TO ALL HAULIER COMPANIES

PARKING APPLICATION VIA EMAIL FOR HAULIER OOG PARKING FACILITIES AT PASIR
PANJANG TERMINALS 4 – 6

1. OOG parking facilities for hauliers are available at the stipulated areas (Refer to Annex A for
link to Map)

2. From 01 AUGUST 2019 onwards, Parking application is strictly based on pre-booking via
email to the following address:

CT3_SERVICE_CENTRE@PSA.COM.SG

Applications must be submitted with the official form (Annex A) and a valid LTA escort
permit, prior to entry into the port.

Approval is subjected to satisfying the qualifying criteria and space availability.

Upon approval of application, a confirmation email would be sent with the

allocated parking location and lot number. There is no need to apply for parking
in person.

3. Qualifying criteria:
i. Vessel allocated berth at PPT4-6 only
ii. Vessel ETB within 24 hrs of application
iii. Temporary parking permit valid for 24 hrs only
iv. Not for parking of empty chassis

4. All users are advised to observe road safety rules and practice road courtesy.

5. Terms and Conditions (Refer to Annex A for link to document) apply for all cases of trailers
parking.
