Certificate (FSC), as required under the Fire Safety Act 1993, unless an exemption has been given.
2. Occupation or operations in the premises is not dependent upon the TPF/FSC being issued. It is in addition to any other permits/approvals
which are required by other relevant authorities.
3. Applicants need to obtain the neighbouring property owner’s consent, for fire safety work which encroaches into their property.
4. For applications involving worker's dormitory and premises that store, handle or use hazardous materials, the applicants shall consult
Hazmat Department Industrial Risk Branch (SCDF_Landuse@scdf.gov.sg) to obtain clearance before the commencement of work.
Additional requirements (e.g. Safety measures, QRA study) may be imposed in order to reduce the risks to as low as reasonably
practicable.
