Notice Inviting Expression of Interest for setting up of CNG station under Dealer Owned
Dealer Operated (DODO)/ Full Dealer Owned Dealer Operated (FDODO)
Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) is engaged in distribution of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG)
and Piped Natural Gas (PNG). To promote the eco-friendly CNG Fuel for transport sector,
Indraprastha Gas Limited intends to set up CNG stations on DODO model in Muzaffarnagar,
Shamli, Meerut Districts and FDODO model in Ghaziabad, Gautam Budh Nagar & Hapur
Districts.
In this regard, Expression of Interest (EOI) is invited from individual/ parties interested in
developing CNG station on DODO/ FDODO models.
The due date for submitting online applications is 14.07.2023 (17:45 hrs IST).
Important Notes:
1. Application Form (To be filled Online) along with detailed information. The guidelines
of setting up of CNG station under FDODO/DODO models and the link for application
under this EOI is available at IGL’s website www.iglonline.net under Dealership tab.

2. The operating models against each stretch is predefined, the applicants are requested to
carefully note the applicability of operating models against the stretch before applying.

3. The application fee of Rs. 4,00,000/- is required to be submitted along with the DODO/
FDODO application either online or through demand draft in favour of IGL. In case, if
the applicant does not meet the eligibility criteria, than in such cases an amount of Rs.
2,00,000 shall be deducted from the application fees and balance Rs. 2,00,000/- shall be
refunded.

The DODO applicant who fulfills eligibility criteria and qualifies for the draw of Lots
(Lottery Process) and thereafter, if he/she does not gets selected during draw of Lots
(Lottery Process). In such cases, an amount of Rs. 50,000 shall be deducted from the
application fess. The application fees of 3,50,000 would be refunded to all such
applicants.

4. The requirement of CNG station under specific operating model along with a type of
CNG facility has been predefined for each stretch. The details of the stretches are
available under Dealership tab. Applicants are requested to carefully consider the stretch
during submission of online application.

5. Applications which are not in line with the requirement of EOI shall be rejected
outrightly.
6. Applicants are advised to regularly visit the website for any further revision, clarification,
addendum, corrigendum, as the above will be hosted at the website only.

7. Indraprastha Gas Limited reserves the right to withdraw/annul/modify the complete/part

process or reject any or all offers without assigning any reason.

8. Applications received after the due date and time will not be considered for evaluation.

9. The applicants of Gautam Budh Nagar are requested to please examine whether the
proposed land falls in the notified area declared/ authorized by concern authority before
submitting an Online Application and the CLU for CNG station will be granted by the
concern authority.
