Sir,
I have gone throw our Office copy of column schedule and found the column
layout which is projected is different on site for plinth level of Row House No 23,
the columns are found to be shifted
10 Meter away from the actual position.

Due to the wrong shifting of column all the structure including plinth roof is
disturbed and all the layout projected went in wrong direction, because of this
wrong projection of the structure there are many loss triggered majorly acting on
material used and Man Power, It is also found and estimated that around 10 tone
steel including 1100 fly ash bricks and 600 cement bags were used till yet. The
rate analysis sheet for all of the above given data gives us the total loss cost which
is found to be RS 3,50,000/. In terms of monetary measurement

To overcome from such hug loss we can take a move towards pilling of new and
accurate columns and convert the existing column into stop column, we can also
reduce our cost by using the old bricks and other material for substructure which
will cost us around 70% low then the one we are using now

The cross check for every drawing particularly for the site drawing should be done
on day to day activity bases, all the architectural drawing should be taken into
account before any kind of site projection, there must be crystal clear
communication of every site engineer directly with the architect of project and
the factor of cost efficiency should be achieved during projection
