You have been found absconded from your site on different occasions and also circulated false
reports of project which reflects your unprofessional conduct towards work. Your poor
performance shows your inability to meet with the work expectations and requirement of
company.

For the facts, reasons and circumstances it has been found that you are unaware about the
daily project activities and you misguided the company with wrong and misconceived reports
wherein you depicted one village as completed whereas TKC admitted the work was never
started. Your lack of awareness and circulation of false reports regarding project is
deteriorating and hampering the reputation and goodwill of company which is highly
disappointing and unacceptable.

This letter forms the final mode of official notice to inform you that your unprofessional
conduct, continuous habit of absconding and lack of interest in work has left the management
with no alterative other than deployment of another professional in your place.

It has been observed that you have not been performing as per the expectations and
requirement of the Organization. It has been observed various times in past, that you were
absconding from site. Moreover, your reporting of the actual conditions of site is also not
satisfactory, since in one of your reports, one village was depicted as completed whereas, in
actual scenario, work is not yet started by TKC in that village, which is a case of false reporting
at your end. This being such a critical issue may pose a threat to the image of the organization
and clearly signifies that you are not executing your duties with full responsibility, which is not
acceptable as per norms of the organization.
You are hereby directed to provide an explanation within 48 hours, failing which, it will be
presumed that you do not have any explanation and management may take disciplinary action
deemed fit.
