HERE VEHICLE AGREEMENT

R.MOUNIKA W/O RAJESH DOOR NO: 1-85 KONDAPURAM S/CSTRRET,KONDAPURAM
C.BELAGAL MANDAL Owner of the vehicle bearing no: have agreed to
hire my petrol vehicle with Suzuki swift vdi to the MADHU MERCHANT
KURNOOL

1. Hire charges Rs 25000 per month including oil charges

2. I Certified that the vehicle is registered as Taxi, there are no pending repairs
to the vehicle.

3.I under take to attend to all minor major repairs in course of the contract .

4.I under take that I shall not the entitles to a hire charges proportionately for
the No.of days the car is out of order or the Driver is absent

5. I have provided a log book for the vehicle have instructed the driver to
maintain it daily.Iwill produce be pollution control certificates for every 6
months I will also produce all relevant documents Ie,permit fitness certificates,
insurance,tax etc.,

6.I certify that the car have been fitted with a kilo miles metres I working
conditions and the said vehicle given for milege 12 kms .per liter .

7.I shall in case of lesser milage accept proportionate reduction hire charges.

8.I shall not claim to the areaof allotment for the prescribed hours of working.

9.The department shall not bear charges on petrol and lubricants on the scale
Ie., prescribed by the regional Transport Officer.
