What should be your early morning workout routine

Morning workout is highly beneficial, both to your daily routine and to your health. If you don’t
take necessary care of your health then you won’t be able to deal with lot of things; family,
stability, work and will badly exploit your fitness and leisure. You must not let your hectic work
schedule to interfere with your workout. You will be disciplined to walk early in the morning
and receive sun’s first rays that will will make you fit and alert for the whole day. These early
rays and workout will make astounding impact on your body.

It’s always difficult to begin a day with an exercise as people find it easier to hit the snooze
button and postpone their workout for next day or may be next week. You must be wondering
that how to get yourself in a morning workout routine. Following advices will help you to make
your early morning workout routine:

1. Get better sleep at night to wake up early in the morning. But if you will get up early for
workout then in turn it will give you better sleep at night. Exercise in the morning
actually helps you to set the body clock for a night of sleep and a day of activity. But on
the first day, you will have to lie down early at night so you wake up on time.
2. Consistency is a tool that should be used to attain your goals and fitness. Changing your
schedule is not an easy thing, so you must pick best time for your workout and once you
have picked it then stick with it anyhow. Try to wake up half an hour before you begin
your workout. This will help your body to adjust to a new rhythm.
3. Your morning workout is not for 2 or 3 days but it will last for a long period of time. So
you must not overdo it as it will make you tired in a day or two.
4. First of all, you must rise and energize yourself. Start with little movements that actually
stretch and strengthen your whole body while making your blood pumped. This light
exercise will assist you to go with intense one.
5. You must eat something before starting exercise as eating nothing will not be healthier at
all. You can have light food; banana, almonds, juices, etc.
6. Then you will only need a mat and towel that you will spread on the floor. You must
choose a place where you get first rays of Sun in the morning. These sun rays are real
source of Vitamin D.
7. Start with Stretch Sit-Up. You need to lie on the floor by joining your legs and then
straight out in front of you and extend your arms on the floor overheard.
8. Now go with power Pushups. Your body is now warm after the previous exercise. This
push-up variation will work for your abs, arms, legs and chest.
9. Go with Jumping jacks. Repeat this exercise for 15seconds. For this, you have to raise
your arms above your head and then start jumping.
10. Then go with high knees exercise, where you will have to run in place by driving your
knees towards chest. This will also take 15 seconds.
Perform all these healthy exercises for at least 10 or 15 minutes. But make sure that you always
start with light exercises and then go towards difficult ones. Make your body habitual to this
routine slowly because if you will start hurriedly at day one, you will get tired and lose your
interest for coming days. Afterwards, you may start your day by hitting shower and taking heavy
breakfast to refuel your body. You must not miss breakfast ever as it keeps you fit throughout the
day. Exercise will help you to feel more appetite than usual.

Exercise will drive away all negative thoughts that must be roaming in your brain. It will make
you feel light and lessen the entire burden that you must be feeling over your body. Your
exposure to morning sun light will also play beneficial role in keeping your body healthy.
