PRE-EVENT
Registration- incharge sa paggawa nang google forms.
• Gaila and Nathaniel will take over the forms, JV will make the publication materials
Programs- incharge sa pag-iisip nang mga pwedeng gawin during the anniv celebration
Publicity- sa mga ipopost sa group and sa page.
• Countdown will start at first week of August
Photobooth- incharge sa paggawa nang backdrop.
• Initial plan hiramin yung backdrop nang vicariate and gumawa nang cutouts nalang and
frame
Stage Design- Eto yung venue set-up Saka mga preparations sa simbahan
• Initial plans. Bibili nang glow sticks, party poppers, big balloons, and hihramin yung
umuusok effect na ginamit sa last na panunuluyan.
Delegate Communications/Accomodation- Sa pag iinvite nang mga participants
• Maggawa nang facebook event and caption na uniformly isesend sa mga invites
Dance/Animations: Sila yung responsible sa mga performance sa event
DURING EVENT
Registration- incharge sa pagsasaayos nang registration sa event. Also kayo na din magprepare
nang table at mga gamit like reg sheet etc.

Floor Managers- taga monitor nang happenings on and offstage.

Lightings and Sound- yung ilaw sa buong event

Technicals- powerpoint and music. Paghahanap at pagggawa ng ppt.

Logistics- tagahanda nang materials, tagabili nang kailangan etc.

Food - serving sa mismong event. Mag-iisip kung pano iseserve na di sila maguunahan
Documentation- incharge sa pagvid and photogs.
Usherretes/Welcomers- Para sa pageentertain ng tao during event. Sila ung magwewelcome at
mag uusher
