TEDxBVDUPune
Responsible for licensing the University and managing first ever TEDx Event at the campus.
License application.
Formulated a team from interviewing like-minded students to managing different aspects like
branding & promotions, sponsorship, curation and scheduling of the event.
Developed a full functional static website and designated emails of the team.
Managed an online ticketing platform in partner with www.meraevents.com

Jul 2016 - Present Technical Director

Rotaract Club of Pune's Yuva
Rotaract Club, being the largest network of youth in the world, aims at exploring various fields in the
world of management and hosting city and country level events on regular basis.
Designed logos and posters for every event and activity.
Designed letterheads for use across variegated avenues like international service, community
service and professional development.
Created full proof event presentation for an event hosted by RCPY and explained it to the Rotaract
District of Pune, RID 3131.
Where we won the first ever bid placed by our club at district level for a two day event for the
Presidents and Secretaries of all the Rotaract Clubs based in Pune.
Also part of the management team where we carry out promotional and sponsorship drives relating
to every upcoming event.
Hosted city level events like a football tournament, a talent hunt show and an awareness marathon
relating to female sanitation in the country and how it is still a taboo.

Jan 2018 - Feb 2018 Team Member, Accommodation and Transport

Rotasia Pune 2018
Rotasia is the annual gathering of Rotaractors from across the globe in Asia. It is a three day long event
where delegates come from various Rotaract Districts in huge numbers. Pune District hosted Rotasia
this year and broke innumerable records in the history of Rotaract.
Prepared plan of action of stay and transportation facility of about 900 guests from 37 districts in
India and 6 countries.
Coordinated the transportation of all the delegates from eight hotels to three different venues and
back to hotels after completion of each day.
Awarded best teammate among 120 team members in the committee.

Jan 2017 - May 2017 Team Lead

Transform Maharashtra
A state level initiative to involve the youth in shaping the government of Maharashtra with innovative
solutions based on themes like public transport, justice through technology, urbanizing the poor
drought free state.
Led a team of six individuals to work on a presentation based on introduction of technology in the
country's judiciary.
Ranked in top 50 teams across 600 teams from all over Maharashtra.
