Responsibilities and tasks performed as Society Manager


1. Monthly maintenance and sinking fund collection.

2. Providing the list of pending maintenance flats to the committee.

3. Housekeeping, Chamber Cleaning, Lift, Fire, Security, Swimming Pool, STP, etc. Maintaining and renewing AMC of
vendor.

4. Coordinating with vendors in the society and bringing the issues to the notice of the committee in monthly meetings.

5. Coordinating with electrician for common bulb and light related issues in society premises, and plumbers for water
and pipeline related issues.

6. Monitoring and controlling all the employees working in the society on a regular basis. And present the perceived
problems before the committee.

7. Payment of monthly light bill and water bill of society.

8. Providing necessary data to accountant as well as auditor.

9. Preparation of all types of office notices and letters.

10. Visiting PCMC office as required.

11. Calling for new quotations as required, and presenting them before the committee.

12. Solving the problems reported by the residents of the society through phone, whatsapp, email.

13. To maintain the data of in and out shifting of tenants in the society.

14. create ID card as required.

15. Conducting and permission various events and activities in the society.

16. To do all bank related work.


17. Preparation of monthly salary checks of all employees and vendors of the society.

18. Preparation of vouchers of all bills monthly.

19. Preparation of receipt of maintenance and sinking fund received.

20. In case of purchase or sale of flat in the society, generate of new share certificate. And entry in I Register and J
Register.

discusson studentsprogress and his motivational consoling. Maintain students progress reports, test reports, class
