Person (PRP) & Community Resource Person (CRP).
• I involve in forming, supervising & mentoring the function of the SHG’s/VO’s & block level
institutions with decided standard parameter in the Project.
• My prime responsibility will be mentoring SHGs of respective village and enabling them to
meet the institutional objective of financial inclusion, group saving, inter group loaning,
weekly meeting, book keeping etc in order to develop the strong poor’s institution.
• The core function are follows :-
a) Preparing cluster plan and operationalize the same.
b) VO & BO member formation and strengthening (Through Training, hand holding etc.)
c) Facilitating audit of VOs & BO’s account.
d) Implementation of social action Plan of the Project.
e) Facilitating community investment plan informed regarding policies and direction of
project assisting/guiding communities in development of Livelihood Plan, Monitor and
supervision of the Project activities.
