 Select the roles for each user while adding the user
 Pre-requisite roles will be selected automatically
 Roles are assigned for minimum of 30 days.

 Public – Anyone can see the space/community and the contents
 Private – Anyone can see the space/community, must be invited to see contents
 Secret – Must be invited to see the space/community and content
 Three types of members
 Leader/owner – Fully administer the space/community and all content
 Author – Free to create content, less administrative rights
 Contributor – Free to view content, limited creative capabilities

 Collaborative Lifecycle
 Single or multi-select possible
 Provides access to revisions and relations
 Best way to delete if needed
