QUESTION How to Logout from session if we have used "Remember me" option?
ANSWER Problem Description :- When we select "remember me" check box while login to 3DEXPERIENCE Platform (CATIA
2015x) then there is no way to logout and login back with different user, even after deleting local cache. Also we don't
have "Sign out" option in CATIA menu.
Solution :- To logout from 3DEXPERIENCE rich client, we have to logout from passport.
MY FAVORITE CONTENT
Once we check on "remember me" box, we don't see login window.
Need to follow below step to see login window:-
- From 3DEXPERIENCE menu, click on manage collab-space.
- It will direct to Web-UI. (Use Internet explorer browser)
- Now logout from 33DEXPERIENCE platform web UI
- Clear browser cache, history, cookies,password, etc.
-Then launch 3Dpassport login URL and we will find the logout tab as shown in image. Once we logout from Passport
we will have login window again while launching rich client.
