Sir,
With reference to subject mentioned above, consequent upon the approval· of IE's/PD's duly recommended
estimate by the under signed under RO's delegation power as per NHAI Circular Policy Technical (7912011),
dated 06.06.2011 for providing 08 (Eight) nos. of Toilet Blocks, Hoarding and Dustbins at 04 different Toll
Plazas (under Swatch Bharat Mission) as a Change of Scope under clause 16.2 of C.A. at estimated cost of
Rs.97,39,763.00 for 08 (Eight) nos. of Toilet Blocks, Hoarding and Dustbins for four Toll Plazas, A COS
order for the same is hereby issued as per Article 16 of Concession Agreement to the Concessionaire for
following:

2. The above 1ssuance of Change of Scope order IS subject to the followmg cond1t10ns:
(i). The COS works shall not affect the Concession period.
(ii). 0.25% of TPC shall be borne by the Concessionaire as per clause 16.3.2. The cost in excess of this
ceiling shall be reimbursed by Authority.

(iii)� The payment to <;::oncessionaire shall be made as per actual execution of work duly entered in -:' : .•

measurement books with test checks and verified by IE/PD. ·· • �

(iv). This is separate provision at toll plazas under Swatch Bharat Mission and shall not be counted under the .·':.·-·

CA provision for toll plaza Administrative building toilets.

(v). The -ve COS to be finalized at the earliest and the financial implication on account of -ve COS of
consolidated COS to be adjusted by PIU/JE at the time of making payments towards this COS order
