RE Filling out of stickers (brown problem stickers and green RTS stickers)

This is to emphasize the correct way of filling out the stickers for re-deliveries and for RTS. The brown
problem sticker is to indicate the two (2) delivery attempts made by the courier. The first field is for the
first attempt and the second field is for the second attempt (see figure below).

Once the item is for RTS, fill out the green RTS sticker as follows (see photo below):

Do not forget to cross out the old DC


code and branch code in the waybill.

Once the RTS item has arrived in the shipping branch and the customer refused to accept the parcel for
return. Then after the 14 days holding period, the RTS item will be tagged as Unclaimed RTS item. It
must be registered in JMS and will be departed to MMDC.

This must be the format for filling out the stickers of the parcels to be departed to MMDC (see figure
below):

These two stickers must be


placed on top of the old
ones.

Do not place multiple brown and stickers in the pouch. Do not just write the word “RTS” in the green
sticker. The RTS reason must be written. Use black marker and not a ball point pen.
