I. AN OVERVIEW ABOUT GREEN BUSINESS

1. Definition:

The green business definition describes a company that does not make any
negative impact on the environment, economy, or community. These types of
businesses are forward-thinking when it comes to human rights, environmental
concerns, and related issues. Green businesses use environmentally sustainable
resources and uphold socially responsible policies.

2. Some signal of a green business:

 Lowering energy consumption and improving efficiency.

 Eliminating waste and using sustainable materials.

 Purchasing green equipment, products, and services.

 Introducing green practices to people

II. A TYPICAL EXAMPLE OF GREEN BUSINESS.

for the environment (reduce the use of plastic bags, grow more trees, or support a
small amount of money for some environmental project)

hour of the earth".

b. Turn off the light - Turn on the idea (Tắt đèn bật ý tưởng)

- This project is held by Bo Sua in 2010, including a series of meaningful activities

to respond to Earth Hour. (Changing plastic bottles for gifts, Collective painting,
Street music…)

- Focus on activities about environmental problems throughout Hanoi.

- Message: "Be clean for green Hanoi” (“Quyết sạch cho Hà Nội quyết xanh”)

c. Green Destinations

- Launched in 2013, aiming to change people's awareness and habits in using green
vehicles for a healthier environment.

- Building a network of 200 destinations in restaurants, cafes and shops in 7 urban

districts of Hanoi.

- All customers using green vehicles, especially bicycles and electric bicycles to
these places will receive a 10% discount voucher and many gifts from Bo Sua
shops.

=> In conclusion, with the impressions of Green business mentioned above and

business. Because of the global warming, we hope that more and more company
