Preface
2009 was the year when, finally, I thought my life has come to a standstill and
there nothing left for me to continue! It was simply when I finally decided to
discontinue my sailing career, primarily due my severe health conditions. It was so
terrible that I had gone almost blind coupled with few other serious medical conditions.
All, grossly thanks to ‘The Modern Line of Treatment’ along with the accompanied
side-effects that each one of their drug has.

But, I guess, our scriptures & our elders aptly used to say:

Whatever happens, happens for the best &

Whatever happens, happens for a reason.

For years I burnt myself up for long nights, just to be able to re-discover the ancient
secrets to a happy and peaceful life. The time has finally come, to take this knowledge,
‘The Divine Gyan’, to masses.

And, though I too am an Entrepreneur, I am firstly Shri Rajiv Dixit’s Shishya-


Student, and hence, ‘I am imparting most (if not alI) of what I have learnt &
mastered over the past decade’.

You all need to & must go through this e-book. You really don’t need to sit 1000’s
of hours to know these secrets. I have done it all, and what is now required is just
to go ahead and download your copy!

The Publicly Known Secrets
First thing first

Just 5-7 % people are born with Minor-Major Genetic Disorders (which actually
means that the remaining large percentage of people are born perfectly normal
and healthy!!),
Presently, I guess, I may easily say that 75-85% of masses are suffering from
some or the other medical condition
The figures should force us to think as to how come we, the God’s own
creations are not able to stay healthy, without the ‘Chemical Pills’, as we are
made to believe so!
If indeed the Modern Medical Science – Lifestyle – Eating Habits were so
advanced, shouldn’t the Statistical graphs (Portraying number of people
suffering from various disorders) be falling down with negative slope!
And yes, it is not just me, but many Rishis, Modern Researchers etc. say
this: “If we just learn a bit about what we eat & a bit about how or body
functions, as high as 60-80% of the medical issues may be taken care of at
our own end!

And secondly

I am going to make a few bold statements here!

We were doing all well. The modern excessive reed has what caused so much of
confusion, miseries & ill health. To prove my point, I shall now recite few
(recent) historical examples:
 There are various dates mentioned all over the papers, but all commercial
white sugar production commenced only over the past few centuries. The
commercial white sugar production removes most of the nutrients.
 In 1840, the first sugar industry was set up in Betia (Bihar). For 1000’s
years of civilisation prior to that we were and rather quite happily surviving
on natural sources of sugar such as Jaggery, Honey etc.
(As I always say, wherever foreign brain has been applied, at least on the
medical front, things have gotten royally screwed up!)
Read through the label of Modern Antacid….Naa! Won’t name it!! It has high
percentage of Aluminium Hydroxide (Aluminium in any form is Carcinogen for
the Body!) as an ingredient. The modern damn science had the audacity to
replace our Baking Soda (Sodium Bicarbonate) with such ‘Carcinogen Antacids’!
It was such an intelligent idea to have been using Sodium Bicarbonate to keep
body alkalise/handle acidity issues, as God Himself has provided a Bicarbonate
Layer onto out Stomach intestinal linings.
We had been happily and peacefully using Clay/Copper/Brass/Silver… utensils
for ages for out daily purposes, but then The Modern Stupidity replaced it
with ‘Non Stick Ware/Teflon Coated Utensils/Aluminium Pressure Cookers…’,
all damn Carcinogens….Toxin Lechers.
Till recently, Iodine was being used in Bakery, water dis-infection was being
used but now, they use Bromine in Bakery & Chlorine Tabs. for water
disinfection, both of which are carcinogenic. And, hence, SH70’s Lugol’s Iodine.
BTW, Iodine is one of the most important Trace Mineral required by the Body.
I can go on writing pages on all this, but let us keep it at that, come back
to the point as to what this E-book is all about!

Understanding & implementing ‘Lifestyle
Changes & Eating Habits’
The whole idea is to bring about those changes in life such that we simply don’t
let toxins enter our body & we make it entire impossible for toxins to form or
strive within our body! So what do we need to do to get back our health & be
that way forever!

The Lifestyle & Eating Habits Changes


1. Drinking Water (Water must be drunk always siting (Best
Sukhasana!) & Never Standing!
Usha-Paan (1/2-1 glass): Rinsing the mouth properly before drinking
such that saliva formed during night goes inside the Body.
Similarly, whole day long, always rinse the water in mouth before gulping
it in such that Saliva whole day long keeps going into the body as it
keeps forming in the mouth!
Also, Meals must always be chewed properly, eaten slowly & had while
sitting only!
Few reasons for above point:
‘The Morning Saliva’ is full of anti-microbial properties, enzymes, and
other bio-chemical compounds…
Have we not seen many a times ‘A dog licking its deep wounds and
curing it only with its saliva!’
Every creature’s saliva is great and has immense value for its own self.
Body’s Geometric Centre is at Naval Region (at Padmasana!) & shifts
downwards while standing. Drinking water while standing puts excessive
pressure on our Genito-Urinary Organs along with other harmful effects.
Having meals while standing reduces Jatharagni-Digestive Fire.
Having meals while sitting regulates Synovial Fluid (Fluid found in out
Joints).

2. Please avoid chemical laden – sour toothpastes and use herbal


toothpastes:
Sour taste itself is enough to destroy out alkaline-bitter saliva!
Preservatives-additives used in chemically processed toothpastes are
carcinogens.

3. Tea: Caseins in Milk & “Nicotine & Caffeine” are controversial


foods, avoid milk in tea/coffee (or go for minimal milk!). Also, use
Jaggery instead of sugar to make tea. Else, use minimal amount of
Milk in your tea preparation.
Tea originally is not an Indian Dish!
India is a Hot Country & consumption of Tea further Vitiates Pitta.
Look out for herbal tea alternatives – Don’t add Milk! & please do not
consume in hot hours of the day.

4. No water 40 Minutes before & 1.5 Hours after Food, ½-1 Cup warm
water may be had, as required (Warm water not available, keep
water in mouth for few seconds)
Excess fluid-water would dilute digestive juices which now would take
much longer time to digest the meals.
Especially if one takes cold-chilled water with meals…he is hell bent on
making doctors very rich! Our Blood-Body temperature is 38.8 Degree
Celsius (app.). as you intake chilled water, priority for body processes
is no more digestion but to raise the temperature of the system back
to normalcy.
Meals now automatically be digested in much longer periods raising
acidity, uric acid levels, Creatinine etc.

Anyway, simply avoid or use minimal of refrigerated water & use clay

5. Our Cook wares: Discard Aluminium Utensils-Pressure Cookers…


Clay, Silver, Copper, Brass, Stainless Steel…
If Aluminium Pressure Cookers are unavoidable, simply dip your pulses
overnight in a say Stainless Steel Utensil & add few pinches of I.P.
Grade Baking Soda. This should drastically reduce number of pressure
cooker whistles for your cooking.
The point being that pulses take around 4-6 months to get ready in
crop fields. Pressure of your cookers, simply crushes the pulse grains
and does not cooks them.
Ayurvedic Principle:
 The more time a crop takes to get ready, longer the duration
the specific eatable should be cooked.
 The food being cooked, should have a touch of air &
sunlight…both missing in pressure cooking & microwaves.

6. Discard White Salt & only use Rock or Black Salt (Never sprinkle
raw salt from top). Especially, white salt, seriously vitiates Pitta &
Kapha & hence must be avoided at all cost.
Harmful white salt vs beneficial rock/black salt!

7. Discard chemical sources of sweet (white sugars) & adopt natural


sweeteners such as Organic Sugar, Gud, Jaggery, Honey (Pure),
Stevia Leaves, Desi Khaand (Indian natural sugar) and so on…

8. If you do get organic vegetables-fruits, consume peels!

9. Discard Refines Oils & only use filtered-unprocessed Mustard or


Black Sesame Oil for cooking.
Don’t cook your oils (Mustard and/or Sesame Oil) & bottle them, to
use them later for cooking purposes! Excessively cooked oil immediately
increases bad cholesterol in the body.
Refined oils simply remove the unctuousness from Natural Oils and thus
are immediate source of various ailments such as Diabetes & much
more…

10. Discard Jersey cow products be it Milk or Ghee. Also Buffalo


products are best avoided.
Jersey cow products are carcinogenic & must be avoided.
Buffalo products we simply can’t digest with modern lifestyle.

11. Whenever having dinner later than 0730-0800 PM, must stroll-
walk for 20-30 minutes
Please avoid late meals/dinner as much as possible.
Avoid late dinners!

12. Please avoid Curd, Onions, Rice… at Night (Anyway, just remove
the damn curd from your life!!)
Curd is very heavy to digest and has hot potency,
Rice has high glycaemic Index and must be avoided in dinners at all cost.

13. Simply avoid modern day fast food carcinogens such as Soft
Drinks, Pizza, Burger, White Salt Chips and so on… Few organic-
healthy fast foods could be:
Organic potatoes boiled in open utensils and used for cutlets or chips
using Organic-filtered Mustard Oil & Rock or Black Salt.
Peanuts roasted in Mustard Oil
Jiggery melted in hot wrought Iron utensil and Fox nuts dipped in it!
Actually very tasty and we are a regular consumer!

14. Please Never–Ever have Refrigerated-Stale Food


Doing so removes all Prana of food and you then are just having dead
meals!

15. Please do not consume Soya Bean stuff-if Possible:


Simply impossible for humans to be able to digest it
Don’t believe! Simply have a bowl of soya beans in your night meals for
a weak…and you are headed for very bad health…too much of gastric
and acidity troubles
Our body simply doesn’t have that kind of enzymes or temperature to
fully digest soya beans!

what time of the day

18. Further details as to why Fruits must only be had in your breakfast
Never ever have fruit shake
Adding fruits (which has Vitamin-C) simply curdles milk which then
becomes impossible for the body to be able to digest
A drop of HCl acid is enough to curdle a whole glass of Milk!
Morning hours when due night stomach secretions our belly has HCl
acid, taking milk is sheer stupidity! Please stop this habit now and
Have Milk only after your Dinner – prior sleep.
19. There are many other deliberately fed – harmful carcinogens – articles

deliberately fed into our life such that the masses are kept suffering and
wanting! The selected-greedy few make all the money. I really have no
issues with anyone making any amount of money. But damn it, if it is
on the miseries of masses, I will go all out to expose the dirt….till my
last breath and last drop of my blood.
Let me site few examples:
The G.Mo’s (Go for Organic-Natural Fruits-vegetables only). G.Mo’s. of
any sort are carcinogens be it Maize/corn or Genetic Tomato or Products
of Genetic-Jersey Cow. They actually had the audacity to even give Nobel
Prize to the killer of millions!)
Microwaves (Similar to avoiding pressure cookers, usage of Microwaves
Genetically Mutates Fruits-Vegetables and hence Microwave cooked food
is Biocide-Carcinogen),
Plastic Utensils-Containers-Water Bottles (I mean do you guys really
think our ancestors were fools to have been using Copper-Brass. Utensils..
These elements are very much required by our body and are anti-
microbial. So if jersey cow milk made cream and harmful while sugar used
for making Birthday cake is modern, why not Copper Bottles-Utensils be
given as gifts. The giver and the receiver both would stay healthy!! Hmm.
But then that won’t be the In-Thing!!
The modern stupid-harmful trees… especially the ones with dirty looking
stem and white flowers. Simply discard any-all foreign plants-trees and
go for Indian Breed Trees such as Neem, Peepal, Bargad, Jamun, Guava,
mango, Ashoka and so on. As Oxygen levels and quality of Soil improves
(due such plantations of Indian Breed Trees) Oxygen levels would increase
thus strengthening your Metabolic System, and Microbials won’t be able
to harm you!
Finally, I do understand, this is a long and difficult fight, but
somewhere down the line, we have to get back to our roots,
our ancient lifestyle, get back out health and happiness and
peace.

The SH70 Universal Diet-Supplement Plan
((DMSO has to be of a very high purity grade & may only be consumed under

Following plan is just from academic point of view. I do sell/buy DMSO (99.3+%

Following is a detailed – universal diet-supplement plan and must be amended

1. Early Morning Routine:

2. Ideal SH70 Diet-Supplement Daily Routine Plan…


a. Breakfast: Only Seasonal-Organic Fruits + Sprinkle 3-5 Pinches Hand

Ground Black Pepper + 1 Tsp. SH70 Nucleolus Energy Spread

After fruits, if you feel hungry, you may have Daliya (Without Milk

+ “2-3 Pinches Carom Seeds (Ajwain)” + “2-3 Pinches Black Seeds


(Kalaunji)” + “1-2 Tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice” + ½ Glass warm-lukewarm
Water”…
N.B.: PLEASE NOTE FOLOWING:
Baking Soda Dish to be taken twice a day for 5-6-7 Days and
then once a day for 15 days and then Twice-Thrice a week or as
required or SOS,

d. An Hour After: 1 Glass of water (No Metal Glass Please!) + 1 Drop

Lugol’s Iodine,
(Twice a day for 7 Days, then once a day for a month and
finally 4-5 times a Week)

e. Lunch: “1/2-1 glass Butter-Milk (No Curd Please Ever!)” + “2-3
Pinches Black Seeds (Kalaunji)” + “2-3 Pinches Black Cumin Seeds (Kaala
jeera)”. (Please use A2-Desi Cow Ghee Liberally to your Hot Pulses-
Vegetables), (Have some Organic Gud - Jaggery after Meals). Finish lunch
maximum by 1400-1430 hours!
Curd is Heavy & Hot and hence vitiates Kapha & Pitta.
Butter-Milk is Light & has Cooling Potency. It Pacifies Pitta & Kapha.
If you must have fruits in Lunch, let it be had prior your proper
lunch:
The Sweet Taste is a Life Sustaining taste, and is Digested First.
The Sweet taste should always be had prior having any meals, at it
then smoothens flow of Digestive Secretions.
A bit of Jaggery - Gud may be had post meals.
Simply eliminate consumption of chillies, be it green chillies. The Pitta
Time 1000-1400 Hours (or night 2200-0200) is the worst time to
have chillies of any sort!

f. 2-2.5 Hours after Lunch: 1/2 Glass Boiling Water + 1.25 Tsp. A2-
Desi Cow Ghee + 2-3-4-5 Pinches Hand Grounded Black Pepper: Drink
like Tea,

g. An Hour After:
 3 Tsp Colloidal Silver + 1-2-3-4-5 Drops DMSO - Keep in
mouth for 3 minutes-Drink it (This may also be applied-sprayed

 After 20-25 Minutes: 3 Tsp. Colloidal Copper: Keep in mouth
for 3 minutes-Drink it;
N.B.: PLEASE NOTE FOLOWING-VERY IMPORTANT:
Colloidal Silver & Colloidal Copper: To be taken twice a day
for first 7-15 days and then once a day for 15-20-25 days and
then as required or SOS,
h. An Hour After (If Required): “The Baking Soda Dish” (If Required,

as explained above),

i. 45 Minutes Later: 1 Glass of water (No Metal Glass Please!) + 1 Drop


Lugol’s Iodine,
(Twice a day for 7 Days, then once a day for a month, and finally 4-5
Times/Week)

j. Evening-Any time 3-4 hours after Lunch (or at least 1 hour


prior Dinner): 45-60 Minutes Anulom Velom, with as much Breath
retention (Inside) as possible,

k. Dinner: Usual Dinner (Pulses, No Root Vegetable, No Dry Foods-Always


Pour Some A2 Ghee), followed by some Jaggery-Gud…
Please do avoid Curd, Onion, Rice, Root Vegetables or Non-Veg. for
Dinner.
Do try to finish your Dinner maximum by 0730-0800 PM.
Instead of using Red or green chillies, use Black pepper (in limited
quantities) (Pitta Time: 2200-0200 Hours).
If you ever have to take late Dinner, do stroll for 20-30 minutes.

l. An hour or two after: Boil 1/2-1 glass of A2 or Toned Milk with 1-2
Pinches of Turmeric, take it off the heat, add 1.25 Tsp. of A2 Ghee &
2-3 Pinches of hand ground Black Pepper…Drink.

Additional universal remedies

1. Put the Spoon to Fire-Shut the Fire-Spoon gets Hot-Pour some


“Herbalised Desi Cow-A2 Ghee”- Ghee Melts-Use Dropper to put
2-3 drops to each Nostril (and/or Ears) 3-5 Times a Day,

2. Abhyanga-Full Body Massage:


4-6-8-10-12 drops DMSO + 3-4-5-6 Tsp. Coconut Oil,
Depending on Medical Condition:
o Once a day for 7 days; 2-4 Times a week & finally once a
week
For Painful Areas: Increase DMSO drops-ONE AT A TIME further
as required (such as not to cause irritation-burns!)

3. For hair Related Issues: Apply-gentle Massage Leech Oil (or Coconut
Oil) (Use Leech Oil or Coconut Oil on alternate days) onto your
scalp 60 minutes prior Shower, Use Herbal Shampoo to wash it off.
Please stop or minimise consumption of chillies-be it green
chillies….
We are dealing with vitiated Pitta-Excess body heat, which has
to be reduced, not increased.
For instantly reducing Body Pitta, one may do Chandra nadi
pranayama….block right nostril, breathe deep and slow from left
nostril, retain breath as long as possible, block left nostril, release
from right nostril. Repeat would be again to block right nostril
and breathe in from left nostril.
Simpler version of Chandra nadi pranayama: Block your right nostril
and carry deep breathings – in and out – only from your left
nostril. Do this 25-40 times and may be done 2-3 times a day.
After every 3 days have a break for 2 days at least!
4. Put a Drop of MSM-Nano-Colloidal Silver-Honey Drops to Eyes, Ears or
Nostrils…3-4-5-6-7 times a day…

For general health of eyes and nasal and ear passage
No side-effects at all and comprises of all non-toxic ingredients.

Yet additional remedies for specific disorders

1. Bladder or Urinary Tract or Kidney Stones: Berberis Vulgaris


Tincture (Homeopathy-Mother Tincture), Daily morning an hour or
two after breakfast 15 drops in a cup of water,
 After stones are cured: Drop of China 1000 straight on tongue
thrice a day: Just for a single day.
2. Gudmar Decoction (Diabetes & more) (Get the Bark from Market):

Decoction of ½-1 tsp of Gudmar an hour or two after meals once-twice a


day depending on severity of medical condition.
3. Syzygium Jambolanum (Jambulin Mother Tincture-Diabetes &
more): 10-20 Drops with a cup (or more) of warm water once-twice
(Just please don’t take anything 30 minutes before or after taking this,
4. Thyroid: Dhaniya chutney in afternoon, Kanchnar Guggulu Tabs…

5. Adding H2O2 drops (10-20) to a bucket of water for below neck shower,

 A Non-Metal glass of water + a drop of Iodine + 5-20 drops DMSO
+ 1-5 drops H2O2 (If feel heating…keep a glass of normal glass of
water….keep having normal water along with above)
 2-4 Tsp Silver + 1-5 Drops DMSO + 1-3 Drops H2O2
 Put SH70 Coconut Oil to 30 mL Btl & keep putting 1-10 drops
straight to your tongue every few minutes (10-15-20-30 minutes)…

Pranayama for all: Anulom Velom & Chandra Bhedi

1. Anulom Velom: Done the correct-following way, balances all three Body
Doshas-Humours.
Process would be:
Anulom Velom may be done even while not sitting in Sukhasana or
with legs folded.
Simply sit on a chair keeping spinal cord straight.
Block right nostril with thumb…inhale deep & slow from left
nostril…such as you are inhaling positive energy…retain breath as
long as possible…
Now block your left nostril with your index & middle finger & exhale
from right nostril such as you are exhaling all your negative energies
from the bottom of your foot soles.
Again keep as such and inhale from right nostril only – slow and
deep,
Retain breath as long as possible…
Now block right nostril with thumb
Exhale from left nostril…negative energies going out of body from
foot soles.
This finishes one cycle.

2. Chandra Nadi Pranayama: Most (if not all) disorders of modern day are
Pitta Vitiated (be it acidity or uric acid or spleen or liver or gall bladder or
hair-fall and so on…). Hence, this Pranayama had to find its way in this e-
book.
Process would be:
Sit in Sukhasana or simply on a chair & keep your spinal cord
straight.
Use your thumb to block your right nostril, inhale slow and deep
from your left nostril.
Retain breath as long as possible…
Now block your left nostril with your index & middle finger & exhale
from right nostril such as you are exhaling all your negative energies
from the bottom of your foot soles.
This is where the cycle finishes!
Again, Use your thumb to block your right nostril, inhale slow and
deep from your left nostril.
Complete the cycle as explained above.
Do this for 25-40 times 2-3 times a day.

The Missing Link – Basics of Ayurveda!
The Subtle-Mental Qualities-Gunas:

There is an intricate relation between the humans and universe, what makes
us also makes the universe. Each one of us are born, live and die, and have in
us, in varying quantities, ‘The Three Gunas of Life (Sattva, Rajas & Tamas)’.
Every substance (Dravya), that we consume, has a property and the same is
imparted to us when we intake that.

The Gunas (Sattva, Rajas and Tamas) relates to the Subtle (Mental)
level. They are found in The Nature & The Mind, similar to The Three Doshas
(Vata, Pitta and Kapha) that make up our Body. The Gunas specify, what
kind of a person one is at the subtle level.

Tamas signifies Inactivity, Sleep, and Darkness;

Rajas signifies Activity, Momentum, Desire, Will and

Sattva signifies Peace, Clarity, Purity and Balance of Mind.

Rajas and Tamas, when vitiated beyond a certain point, become Doshas-
vulnerabilities of the Mind.

Other than the three Gunas, the three governing agents at the psycho
(Mental-Subtle) level are Prana (Subtle component of Vata), Tejas (Subtle
component of Pitta) and Ojas (Subtle component of Shukra, Kapha). Anulom
Velom with breath retention & Meditation would optimise all the three of
them.

Panch-Bhutas – The five elements of creation:

Ether (Akash, ‘Sense of Sound’),


Air (Vayu, ‘Sense of Touch’),
Fire (Agni, ‘Sense of Vision (Sight)’,
Water (Soma, ‘Sense of Taste’),
Earth (Prithvi, ‘Sense of Smell’).

Densification of one leads to formation of the next element, starting from Ether.
The Panch-Bhutas combine in varying proportions to form all pervading
‘Three Body Doshas – Vata, Pitta & Kapha’, such as :

Vata (Nervous System, V): Ether + Air


Quality: Dry & Rough, Non-Unctuous, Non-Slippery, Light, Cold,
Mobile, Subtle.
What it does: Maintains equilibrium between Pitta & Kapha. Performs
Sensory & Motor functions of the body.

Pitta (Enzymatic-Metabolic System, P): Fire + Water (Bile)


Quality: Hot, Sharp, Liquid-Fluid, Unctuous (Mild), Light, Mobile.
What it does: Metabolic Activities of Body Tissues (Bile), Circulation of
Blood. A good Pitta gives intellect, good vision, body
lustre, clarity of mind etc.

Kapha (Plasma Chyle, Phlegm, K): Water + Earth (Phlegm)


Quality: Sweet, Cold, Unctuous, Heavy, Immobile.
Kapha or Plasma Chyle relates to Immune System & fills
up intracellular spaces of the body.
What it does: A well balanced Kapha in the body will give strength,
firmness, potency, absence of greed, care etc.

Points to ponder:
Substances which have predominance of Agni and Vayu generally move
upwards; Those which have predominance of Prithvi and Soma (Kapha)
move downwards.
So if you burp all the time, bile comes up to mouth few times a day,
that is purely vitiation of Vata & Pitta. Chandra-bhedi pranayama & put
drops of pure coconut oil straight to tongue. Consumption of A2 Ghee or
SH70 Energy Spread would help!
VPK are present all over the body but V is predominant in Below Naval
area, P in naval Area & Kapha in Above naval area.
Doshas (VPD) get accumulated in body (via what we eat), vitiated (via
our insensible eating) and pacified (Medical mafia makes money!!
I provide Lifestyle changes, specific diet supplement plan, provide Nano-

Keeping Body Doshas in Balanced State:

Vata:

Intake of sweet, sour & salty foods! Since most of the disorders of modern
day are also associated with Pitta Vitiation, it would be best to minimise
consumption of Hot, Sour or Salty foods. Direct intake of Coconut Oil
could be very useful.
Other useful articles could be Fruits, Sugarcane Juice, Butter-Milk…
Depleted Vata could be strengthened with Neem Decoction,
Cooking food in Mustard and/or Sesame oil is very important. Using refined,
non-unctuous oils for cooking would derange Vata! Consumption of A2
Ghee/white butter is very important.
Nasya (A2 Ghee and/or Mustard Oil) & Aroma Therapy could be useful.
Pitta:

Intake of sweet (Liquorice Decoction), Bitter (Neem Decoction) &


Astringent foods!
Hot Milk + A2 Ghee
Fresh fruits, Rice Water, Butter-Milk, Coconut Water,
Mild Coconut Oil Massage
Every time you drink water, hold it in mouth for few seconds before
swallowing,
Chandra-Bhedi Pranayama

Kapha:
Intake of Biter (Neem), Pungent (Black Pepper) & Astringent (Honey)
Tastes,
Appropriate cooking oil (Mustard or Sesame oil),
Consumption of A2 Ghee,
Fomentation, Kapal Bhati, Honey + Lemon,
Get up early in the morning,

Few specific vitiated Doshas disorders:

Vata Vitiation:

Nervous System-Mental Disorders, Tremors, Insomnia Dwarfism,


Stammering-Hoarseness of Voice, Pain in Jaws, Cracked Lips, Ear ache,
Deafness, Vision problems, Squint, Asthma, Spinal pain, Malfunction of
CNS-Central Nervous System, Digestive System Disorders, Rectum
Prolapse, Pain/Twitching in Reproductive Organs-Genito-Urinary Disorders,
Constipation-Pain while excretion, Stiffness/Cramps in Thighs,
Pain/Stiffness in Foot, Cracked soles,

Pitta Vitiation:

Inflammation, Sores, Fever, Vision Disorders, Skin Disorders-Herpes, Liver-


Gall Bladder-Kidney-Spleen-Pancreas Disorders (Jaundice), Haemorrhage,
Menorrhagia, Low Sperm Count… As Pitta gets vitiated, it would also
vitiate Vata and all Vata disorders-symptoms too would start accompanying
along with Pitta Disorders.
Irritating personality, hyper-active, tends to argue a lot… Further
aggravating factors would be Anxiety, Stress, Fear, Worry and so on…
Kapha Vitiation:

White-coated Tongue, Chest Congestion-Cough & Cold, Stiff Cervical


Region, Indigestion, Salivation, Obesity, Laziness, Oedema, Non-
Unctuousness in Blood, Higher levels of LDL & VLDL-Bad Cholesterol,
Very low Immunity, Tumours-Cysts-Fibroids etc. Eyes are Agneya (A
Pitta region) & Kapha Vitiation leads to blurred vision.

Viruddha Aahaar (Antagonistic or Controversial Foods):

Firstly, let’s just go through the Vata-Pitta-Kapha times of the day:


 Vata: 0200-0600 1400-1800 Hours
 Kapha: 0600-1000 1800-2200 Hours
 Pitta: 1000-1400 2200-0200 Hours
Relation or Place of Stay-Desha:
 If you are staying in central or south India, quite hot regions
comparatively, and regularly consume Non-vegetarian, your Pitta is
bound to get vitiated!!
 Go for seasonal foods and adopt vegetarian lifestyle, like if you can!
Relation to Tima (Kala):
 Having liquor in afternoon would put all your internal organs into
chaos!! Liquor anyway has quite heating effect and you don’t want
to be having at times when anyway Day Pitta is at its peak!
 Similarly, please avoid chillies of any sort during Pitta timings. This
automatically would mean you can’t have chillies in your Lunch or
Dinner timings.
Proportions of two different meals at a same time:
 Equal amounts of Honey & Ghee is severely antagonistic,
 Equal amounts of Oil & Ghee is severely antagonistic.
Few more dangerous combinations:
 Sweet & Sour and/or Sweet & Salt never go together, and are best
avoided:
 Dangerous combination and many moderns do it all the time!! Dinner
along with Pickle (anyway Sour not to be taken after Sunset)
followed by Milk.
 Milk along with Dinner.
 In a marriage meals, curd along with dinner + salad + lemon, followed
by Kheer (Rice + Milk). Awesome!! Such combinations are enough
to create havoc in our Body! Enough to land us up in an ICU!
 Simply put, articles of opposite Potency (One hot & other cold or vice
versa) and/or articles with pH values on the opposite side of 0 (one
acidic & other alkaline or vice versa) are best avoided together, such as:
 Tea & Milk (Use Milk in minimal quantities, if you have to or go
for black tea!).
 Onion & Milk are antagonistic (But, onions go well with Curd, both
of which have warming-hating and both of which acidic (Good acids!).
 The damn fruit shake:
 This common sense stuff I would explain from modern concept.
Would try to make your life a bit simpler.
 Put milk in test tube. Put a drop of HCl Acid. It curdles Milk.
 Again put a drop or two of Vitamin-C to a glass of Milk. It curdles
Milk.
 For body to be able to digest such curdled milk, Pitta shoots up/gets
vitiated…..talk about…
 My Migraine is not getting cured!!
 My Haemorrhoids is not getting cured!!
 My Sinus is not getting cured!!
 My BP-Anxiety-Insomnia is not getting cured!!
 High Proteinaceous (High Protein content) diet-articles are best avoided
with sour stuff (more reading required!).

Final word
Any and I mean if our body (especially if we were born genetically all fine
& haven’t had any surgery-organ removal related complications) is unwell,
be it even present Mental-Nervous System disorders, is simply because of
the imbalance of Doshas-The Body Humours.
The Lifestyle Changes section and section which detailed Diet-Supplement
plan in the beginning of the E-book, simply attempt to bring all Body
Doshas back to perfect balance!
Few combinations, which go a long way, in handling any/all microbial
infections:
 Colloidal Silver + Drops of DMSO + Drops of H2O2
 Colloidal Copper
 Neem and/or Geloy Decoction
 A glass of water + 1-2 Drops Lugol’s Iodine + 1-2 Pinches MSM +
Drops of DMSO

About me
Without wasting much of your time, I would just go through a brief run down on
my traumatic past:
 IIT aspirant, gave up my dreams (obvious reasons), got eyes operated to join
merchant navy,
 Operation/s went haywire coupled with side-effects of modern medications,
series of eyes surgeries followed by Cataract & After-cataract,
 Due serious health issues (such as almost total blindness, metabolic disorders-
Liver-Kidney infections, haemorrhoids and more), quit sailing career in January
2009,
 Same year ‘Few hours of audios of Shri Rajiv Bhai Dixit Jee’, inspired me
immensely such as to seriously take on detailed study/research of our Ancient
