TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

We are an international Civil Engineering Contractor, with a turnover of approximately USD

250 million and a Head Office based in Nyborg, Denmark. In July 2012 we were awarded the
above Contract by CAAB, Government of Bangladesh, and we are currently finalising the
project, which was carried out with the financial assistanie of the Danish Government (Danida),
at a value of approximately USD 65 million.

The Contract scope of works entailed the design, construction, commissioning and handover of
six kilometres of upgraded flexible pavement taxiways, along with all Airfield Ground Lighting,
pavement markings, signage, drainage and remote control systems. The works involved 150,000
m3 of earthworks, 100,000 m3 of sand filling, 100,000 tonnes of re-cycled crushed concrete,
150,000 tonnes of crushed aggregates and 150,000 tonnes of asphalt works.

We confirm that during the consffuction period we have procured the services of Lira Industrial
Enterprise Ltd. for the supply of construction materials in the sum of approximately BDT 1l
million to-date and we confirm that all the materials supplied have met both our expectations and
the requirements of the specifications.

Lira Industrial Enterprise Ltd. have maintained competitive rates and facilitated an orderly
supply of construction materials. Our dealings have always been amicable and we have no
